They have a tremendously flawed IT system in place. Since they manage everything via online platforms and not through direct communication, EVERY time (no joke) I have to interact with them I get so many spam emails. That only tells me that they're leaking info and not following through on GDPR safeguards. I would never ever ever sign up with DJA again.

First time renting with Dj Alexander. Great communication and clear and consistent description of property. A gent Calumn Robertson was particularly helpful with the application process and the woman (unfortunately I don’t remember her name) that was there on the day of viewing was faultless, answering all my questions without hesitation.

Had an issue with a blocked sink -easy to raise the fault online and Dora Alves kept me informed throughout. Contractor was able to work around my shift times and the fault was resolved quickly. Great service from start to finish.

Great team, particularly Gill who sorted out all the admin and issues whilst tenants changed over. I didn't have to worry about a thing and the whole process could have been quite stressful but was quite the opposite. Very happy and would recommend in a heartbeat.
