I relocated all the way from England to Scotland as a result of job employment and having Carol Clark processing my Application form has been a very excellent transition for my family. Everything (less then 10 days) was fast and speedy from the day I submitted my form. Great customer service as well from Stephanie McMillan as well, very open and always ready to assist. I can see professionalism in there work and team working spirit.

As someone who lets properties through this agency, I feel greatly assured to have consistent presences whom I can trust and deal with directly. Caroline Connelly has held her Property Manager position for years with aplomb! The transition from Fineholm to DJ Alexander was rather fraught at first (especially with the Edinburgh maintenance department), but now the fast staff turnover has settled, things are working out well and I am happy to stay with them, so long as we continue along these lines.

In my experience I would rate DJ Alexander as the most professional letting agent. Their systems work very well and communication from their staff is prompt and very helpful, particularly Lynsey Burr, who went out of her way to help and gave a high level of customer service, many thanks to her.

I am writing this review specifically to praise one member of DJ Alexander's staff, namely Kjartan Behm, who, over eight years, has been far and away its most honest, keen, clear, sharp, witty, helpful, and direct member of staff. Tip-top fellow. The overall company, I'm not too fond of, it has a tendency towards hefty bureaucracy, and corresponds with the stick, rather than recognizing tenants are its business and pay its bills. But at times it has some excellent staff who break through the corporatese to actually get the work done. Kjartan stands out, however, as its finest example of a man getting the job done and being a tip-top human to boot, so chapeau to him indeed. He made everything from start to finish work.
