The whole process of finding a new flat has been very organised and professionally handled. From viewing the property to now moving in, every step has been made easy. I have to give a special mention to Ryan Cochrane who showed me round the property initially and also got me moved in today. His approach is very friendly and welcoming and he has definitely made me feel very at ease and in safe hands through the process.

The process was explained very thoroughly at each step and everyone we spoke to was very helpful. Every step was easy and painless. Laura McTaggart was particularly helpful and is an absolute asset to your business!

Have to give a shout out to Garry Fox and the check out team at D J Alexander. I recently vacated a flat I had rented for about 3 years. Unfortunately, the check out didn't go as planned. My partner fell ill and was bed ridden, I was away on business, and to cap things of the removalist didn't turn up twice!! The way Garry handled the problem was first rate, and managed to juggle keeping both myself, the tenant, and the Landlord happy. No easy task. My rental properties were transferred over to DJA from Taylettings after company takeover. After experiencing excellent service from Taylettings the DJA service standards dropped off a cliff. Impossible to contact any property managers as answer machines and no call backs. Two significant issues relating to DJA overpaying council tax and not requesting refunds - after 8 months. And also DJA completely failing to respond to a mortgage broker to renew property insurance on 3 properties. Blatant mis-management and shoddy service. Now trying to transfer out of DJA and still encountering a blank wall of no communication. Worst letting agents ever.

The proccess of renting new property was very quick and simple. Patrycja did amazing job and kept us right from the beggining to the date of moving in. All the informations were sent by email along with the guides for tenants. Happy to recommend !

Alexandra is amazing. She is very nice and helpful. She helps me a lot on negotiating with the landlord about the starting time of the rent.
