I applied for some properties to rent through DJ Alexander and got quick viewings and timely responses from the property Manager (India Hale) regarding the landlord's decision and detailed steps to take my tenancy application ahead. The property manager (India Hale) is an amazing person to interact with who made things easy for us and explained things nicely in-person while viewing the property.

Robyn Murdie conducted a thorough annual property inspection. Her attention to detail was exceptional, as she pointed out even the smallest issues that needed action. Robyn’s clear and concise communication throughout the process made the inspection easy to understand. She was punctual, courteous, and demonstrated a high level of expertise. I was particularly impressed with her ability to listen to every single small issue

Alexandra Holzbarova has been a great help with getting in touch with my landlord for a few different queries and also with transferring issues to the maintenance team on the same day as reporting them which is reassuring that the issue will get fixed in due time. Her response is always polite, efficient and helpful. I’m very happy that my experience renting with DJ Alexander has been so smooth so far!

We had a very bad experience with one of the agent today. She stated that she will be late 15 minutes then called me and informed me that she took the wrong key for the viewing however she will call me back for a new appointment. After not hearing back I called her again and she stated that the flat is already gone. Super unprofessional and we are very dissapointed about the service.

I had a very mixed experience as a landlord. Before and during the tenancy some staff were nice and competent, others were not. I found my contact person's behaviour stressful and upsetting. The worst was after the tenants moved out. The person who checked the flat didn't notice that one wall in the living room had been painted blue; and that one wall in the kitchen was soaking wet because of the tenants spraying water on the bathroom wall on the other side when there were cracks in the grouting. The checkouts team forgot to submit a claim for compensation from the deposit fund for the latter and other things. When I asked them about compensation they pretended that it was still possible to make a claim when it was not and I wasted a lot of time on a phone call and a long email exchange with them. I later found out from the deposit scheme that the deadline for claiming compensation had passed before I did these things. One persons's behaviour was extraordinary. However, I made a complaint which was dealt with in a reasonable way and I was given compensation by DJA.

It has been a great experience with DJA, from viewing to completing the application and signing the agreement. The team made sure all went smoothly Great help and communication from Caroline Connelly regarding viewing. Who showed us the property and answered all follow-up questions. Calumn Robertson dealt with the application process very smoothly and timely, answered all queries and clarified all questions in time. I appreciate your help and professionalism. Hoping continued support and communication throughout tenancy from DJA.
