Absolutely stunning customer service, had more than a dozen emails offering advice after struggling with the fit of my dd underquilt on a older version of the frontline that I got secondhand - didn't even buy it through dd yet they couldn't be more helpful. And after I decided to buy an XL frontline they threw in a free t-shirt as my previous one wasn't a great fit. Absolutely stunning customer service from both Joe and Caroline personally. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get into hammock camping or looking to upgrade to an awesome product. Amazing service in the midst of the Corona Virus crisis. I ordered a hammock for my son's birthday and it was delivered within 23 hours! Hoping that he will be able to get out soon and use it. I'm wondering if DD Hammocks have toilet roll and pasta if they deliver that quickly!

I’ve bought quite a few items from DD hammocks and always been impressed with the speed that they deliver the goods. But my latest purchase was amazing even by their high standards, I placed my order for 2 of their walking poles on Friday lunchtime I received an email confirming my order then at 16.05 I got a second email to say my purchase was shipped . So I expected my purchase to arrive on Monday which is quick but no my item turned up on Saturday! I didn’t pay for 24 hr service this was their standard free postage, I’m very impressed with their service and their products I’ll be a returning customer for years and recommend them to all my friends. 5 star service thanks DD Hammocks

I recently received the 4x4 m DD Hammocks tarp, and it is fantastic. It’s light and pliant yet sturdy, has 19 attachment points, and had ample coverage for a full size picnic table and all our gear. buckle broke on my compession stack. rang DD from start to finish inc sending pic of fault to them ringing back to say new sack on way 5mins. other companies need to note of this level of service its phenominal.

I am smitten with DD . I started off 10 years ago with the travel hammock and it never failed me. I originally bought this as a test hammock to go forward in the hammock world but I was so impressed with the quality and value for money that I never needed to look further than DD themselves. I live in Sweden and always go hammocks beside lakes and forests ( cue a load of mosquitoes and midges) . The mosquito net holds these buggers away perfectly. After so many years I decided to upgrade to the frontline XL ( and so my partner also) and oh my what a joy! So much space and an excellent mosquito net system. At first I struggled with connecting the Dd under quilt but my advice is to attach one pair of the side ones to the hoops and one pair to the hammock straps and this fixes the problem! As for customer service!! I recently developed a pin of a leak in my DD XL tarp ( from user error ) and despite my tarp being well out of the warranty I emailed Dd anyway and after a few discussions Dd kindly sent me a tarp repair kit. Even though the damage was from user error they still came forward and rectified MY problem! In my opinion Dd is great in all areas. Value for money Products Customer service Thanks Dd
