Bought a dd jura 2 , after using it a few times I broke a clip on the compression sack. I emailed dd within one day I received a replacement clip free of charge. Absolutely outstanding customer service. Highly recommended dd hammocks.

I emailed them in the of chance it could be done. Within an hour or so, email back with order details and that it was linked. Fantastic.

I've been a happy and content user of DD Hammocks gear for a nearly 5 years, now, gradually modifying my system to suit my own requirements. Recently decided to get an underblanket and a second hiking pole and, since there were none available locally (New Zealand) I ordered directly from DD Hammocks in the UK. Service was excellent: prompt dispatch, great communication. The underblanket and hiking pole arrived safely, well protected from the ravages of international travel. As always, the gear is of great quality and I'm looking forward to putting them to the test this summer.

Fantastic service and and top quality products as usual from DD Hammocks. I ordered my third hammock from this company at 2pm on Monday and it arrived the next day at 11am, you can’t get better service than that . I even asked for a alteration to my hammock to be done before despatch. All the products I have got from DD Hammocks have been all top quality and well made. I’m always impressed with the customer service and communications with them.

Ordered one of their tarps after researching reviews online as they seemed to be the best around. It was reasonably priced and delivered very quickly. Having had a close look I can say without reservation that it is a fantastic piece of kit. Well made and able to be used in multiple ways. I should also say that their web site has loads of useful information to be accessed. Nice friendly staff as well. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and will be shopping with them again.

I ordered at around 2-3pm, at 8:30am the next day my items arrived! I paid NO additional costs to upgrade my delivery, very quick service. I first bought from this company about 8-9 years ago everything I've bought is great, can't recommend enough.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I damaged the bug net on my Frontline hammock which was completely my fault, I decided to replace with a new Frontline hammock which has wider spreader bars which is great. DD are awesome, a trusted global supplier of fantastic products who will have my custom forever :-)

This is a great company and excellent customer services. Will only buy DD Hammocks as the product is so good. The recent purchase was an underblanket and this does add the finishing touches to any hannock.

The service on the website was great. Plenty of tutorial videos if you were uncertain on anything. The product was excellent with no issues at all.

Been speaking to Joe from DD and I am absolutely blown away by the high level of customer service I have received, very friendly, polite and helpful beyond belief. I own various DD products, from hammocks to tarps and sleeping bags and can honestly say the quality is top notch, I can't fault them. With that said, if you should have any issues, worries or questions with your product (like I have) they are there to happily help you as much as they can, they seem really determined to make their customers satisfied.
