A great company with solid quality products at a very good price. I’ve got multiple products and all still going strong. I was sent the wrong colour of a product I purchased and they immediately sent me out the correct one and told me to keep both. Great service and great gear.

DD always provides excellent service. The quality of the items are superb and I regularly recommend their products to my fellow campers and outdoors enthusiasts. The customer service team has also gone out its way to assist me in the past too. Over the years using DD, I have purchased most of their items and have never had fault, I am particularly fond of my 3.5m tarp and hammock. So much so I recently brought again. I'd also say, their underblankets are excellent too. I recently used it (with a third party winter sleeping bag) at 3 days at nights of - 3c and was very warm all night.

My partner and I have been using these hammocks for either intertnationl or domestic travels and adventures... they're just great! According to the season we choose which one is more suitable but, in the end, the one we're using the most is the Jungle SuperLight... very versatile!

I LOVE all of dd hammocks gear, but only had one problem. Well it didn't mentiin anywhere that you would be paying the ALV's yourself and it ended up costing over 100€ for me. I didn't even have the money when I found out and it was about to cost me a lot more. I wasn't going to have my brand new hammock for my trip if I didn't get the money.

The most efficient and thorough customer care i have ever experienced! Very fast and eager to solve a problem i was having with the delivery, they got back to me extremely quickly and were very supportive and understanding. I was offered a full refund for the delivery and a bucket load of support. If my delivery had not arrived on that third day (and it finally did), dd hammocks were going to resend the items through a different courier for next day delivery before 1pm. I cannot praise their efficiency enough. Thankyou Vikki + the whole team, especially as this was the first time i’ve bought dd products directly from them. As for the products purchased, they are still in their bags, but from my experience with ddhammocks’ gear, i know they will be fit for purpose and will last for a very long time.
