Buying a new kitchen really should be a fun, rewarding experience. We tried a handful of other places but nowhere got close to C+B in Shirley. From start to finish, Nick was absolutely exemplary; he seemed to have as much fun as we did, playing with our space and design to make sure it was as excellent as it could be! We made several changes to the design over time and he was unbelievably responsive and positive, providing expertise and insight to make sure what we got at the end was the best version it could have been. Now that our kitchen is installed we are absolutely over the moon. Literally cannot recommend Nick enough!

Process from start to finish seamless, Nick (Solihull branch) gave great advice on how to maximise space within our kitchen, practical suggestions made to keep within budget and not compromise on quality and style. Kept up to date from time of purchase until start date of kitchen fit without having to chase. Installation began on planned start date and again no issues with timing throughout the fit, quality of work to very high standard and any requests or small changes were actioned immediately. Build quality, functionality and look of the new kitchen is fantastic it’s changed the room completely. Based on knowledge, service and friendly approach of everyone we dealt with would highly recommend.

Our bathroom renovation has been completed within the last week by the Venetia Road, Birmingham branch. The service from start to finish has been very good. Sanj designed the bathroom for us and even though we were worried about losing space our worries were unfounded. Varinder and Surinder did the installation and they have done a fantastic job, paying attention to do an immaculate finish. We had visits from Harjinder and Ian who were in charge of the installation through out to check that we were happy with things as the installation progressed. We are so pleased with our new bathroom, it has been totally transformed. It's so refreshing to have had excellent service from start to finish. Thank you to all of the team at Culina & Balneo. Everyone dreads having kitchens & bathrooms refitted because it's so disruptive & the mess is usually horrendous. This proved to be the opposite when we entrusted our large kitchen refit with the Culina team. The planning process was easy,the schedule kept on track & everything was delivered on time. He was very accommodating and worked well with us to design and supply our dream bathroom and believe me it is no ordinary design he came up with! We came into the showroom in need of 3 complete bathrooms. I must say the designer Sanj was brilliant with his ideas and designs and helped see us through the whole process with ease. His detailed plans were very impressive and gave the whole family inspiration, on what could be possible in the space he was given. I'd highly recommend anyone to go see Sanj due to his level of experience and also culina balneo for their great range in bathrooms.

Our new wet room and toilet room were designed by Nab in Solihull who was superb from start to finish. He has always been so generous with his time and so patient as we worked through our ideas to finalise a truly delightful design which works perfectly and is better than we could have imagined. He always listened to our ideas and worked with us to perfect the design using his excellent knowledge of the products available to realise our vision. Nab was a joy to work with and we recommend Culina and Balneo unreservedly. The fitters, Richard and his team, were outstanding: any unexpected issues encountered during the installation were resolved efficiently through discussion using Richard’s expertise in every aspect of bathroom installation. He was always approachable and calm and it was a pleasure to have Richard and his team working in our home as they paid attention to every detail and took great pride in their work. Our new bathroom and toilet room (and downstairs toilet which we decided to redesign too as we were so impressed with Nab and Culina and Balneo!) are a delight to use.

We had our bathroom completely refurbished by Culina+Balneo. Nab created a really classy design and was really patient, adapting it to suit our preferences and our budget. It is truly amazing and we absolutely love it. He recommended our fitter Viktor very highly and Viktor has done a super job with his team. The quality of his work is exceptional and we have asked for him to be involved in the renovation of our kitchen and utility with Culina+Balneo.

We ordered a bathroom from Helen in Solihull. She was very professional and we liked the design. We repeatedly asked for a rain shower from the ceiling which was not what was ordered but we should have checked the design she sent more carefully. Sadly half the items never arrived and 4 weeks later, and 4 deliveries later we are still missing multiple items and no response to emails. Would recommend going elsewhere

Having ordered a complete Stoneham Kitchen from this company some years ago, I needed to source a kicker board replacement. The assistance that I received in my pursuit of the item (colour shade no longer a standard item etc.) was terrific and (as had been the case with the original order, indeed) I was delighted by the way that Ms. Mepham stuck at the requirement this time. All in all, a standard of service that is so good to encounter. Thank you.

Do not go anywhere else for your kitchen or bathroom renovations! These guys are incredible. From start to finish we had the best experience from this company. We had a private consultation with Nick at their Shirley showroom to design our kitchen. He took his time to really listen to what we’d like and make suggestions that would suit us. Everything was shown virtually on a large screen so we could see what our new kitchen would look like. That really helped because it’s hard to picture the end result. Work began and this team was in constant contact with us throughout the work until it was completed. We were even appointed a project manager who made sure work was going ahead as scheduled and kept us up to date. There was some delay due to product delivery but not the fault of this company and they did everything to accommodate us to ensure we would get our kitchen completed. We even got a personal visit from the owner with a huge bunch of flowers to give his apologises for the delayed items!!!! I have never dealt with a company whose team are so dedicated and passionate and really look after their clients. Our sincere thanks to Dali for visiting and later sent wishes in honour of my late father in law. Ian our project manager who made sure everything run smoothly and updated us every step of the way. Manny our fitter, his attention to detail is so precise and will not stop until the work is correct. The guys who fitted our worktop who had to specially shape and design it for us…And our very special thanks to Nick…who designed our kitchen, helped choose all the styles and called regular to check on us. Nick and his team were excellent , our kitchen fitter Ash was superb , how kitchen is quality is of a superb standard and literally wows everyone who comes into our house. Nick was the only kitchen designer who really listened to what I wanted and surpassed my expectations with his customer service. I cannot rate culina and balneo Shirley/Solihull highly enough . Ask for nick he knows his stuff. Ian and ash were fantastic in coming to our renovated house and organising fitting . Honestly after visiting the local porcelaneous retailer who were not bothered about me as a customer more about my £££ . Nick went above and beyond !

We used Culina+Balneo (Birmingham branch) to do our 3 bathrooms as it’s a name we know and trust. Andrew at Culina+Balneo meticulously designed all 3 bathrooms and he provided his expert advice where we unsure about items and how they would look as the finished article. Andrew also introduced us to Chris, who was the tile specialist. Once we had chosen the tiles, Andrew and Chris liaised with each other to finalise the bathroom designs. Ian was the project manager and he ensured that the bathroom installation process was smooth. Ian regularly visited and provided us with updates. The bathroom installers, James Ellis and his team (Chris, Mike, Tom and Kai) were absolutely fantastic. They did everything with such precision and tidied up at the end of each working day. The bathrooms fitted to a very high standard and expert finish and they look absolutely phenomenal. We are so happy with the way each bathroom was finished. The full service from Andrew, Chris and Ian at Culina+Balneo and James Ellis and his team was brilliant at every juncture of this project. The whole team were an absolute pleasure to work with.
