Filter kit arrived swiftly and exterior packaging was of robust quality. Unfortunately, only 4, (out of 6) hose clips were included, the chrome cap had come off of one of the filters and both aluminium tubes were scratched, even though they were in bubble wrap. All of these should have been picked up whilst packaging for despatch. Luckily I had some suitable hose clips and superglue so I elected to fit the kit anyway.

Order placed on November 12th Chased Piper cross on late on November 21st owing to not receiving goods and there no dialog from the company other that the automated resonse to thank me for placing my order. Received reply from Pipercross shop November 22nd stating they were apparently having problems with there supplier and to wait a further 3-5 days It is disappointing they couldnt mail me early to say they had no stock when I placed the order or informed me when I chased. I only got a response when i chased... Sent response on 22nd highlighting this and asking if indeed i will receive the goods in 3-5 days time and if not inform me. Suffice to say I have received no response the last email I sent on the 22nd November. It is now November 26th and the goods have not arrived. This is effectively the fifth day given the mail was sent from Pipercross informing me to wait a further 3 -5 days.. I in to cancelling my order and requesting a refund

Excellent service order placed at 3.30pm arrived next day by 10.00am .very helpful staff would recommend to everyone looking for any pipercross products

I ordered an air filter from this website for an 09 Fireblade. One week after the order, there was still no item. I called to ask what the issue was only to find out the item was not even in stock and I would have to wait another week before the item is back in stock. I had no emails telling me the item wasn't available and when the estimated delivery was going to be. I ended up cancelling the order and ordered elsewhere with next day delivery. I got a refund right away which was great but a simple email stating the item was on back order would have been appreciated. Am sure items that are in stock would be delivered promptly. Maybe a stock check system before customers place orders would be good.

Got this filter for my 12' volvo C30 T5 and installed it myself. Throttle response felt alot better and car sounds good with a louder turbo spool. Recommended product for everyone as it's one of the few dry filters out there.

Swapped my K&N filter out for the PiperCross filter with some noticeable differences, firstly the car sounds abit better and the MPG has also improved. Performance wise similar to the K&N but the most noticeable aspect would be sharper throttle response so overall very good value for money.

Service from Pipercross was spot on, i had a mediocre query as well prior to delivery but this was answered quickly and efficiently. In terms of performance i am very happy, at 42 yrs young i do not rag my cars around but want the best i can get - i am enthusiastic and can A1 say that the fitting was straightforward, and looks great in the engine bay.This is down to the quality of the parts i feel. The performance is excellent, the R50 Chrysler derived unit is doing what it should. Sounds ok as well. If you are a MINI owner i recommend this kit as well as an MSD coil upgrade, Magnecor leads and matching plugs dependant on your car - IE Cooper or Cooper S - i do have a full Milltek as well which i am sure helps, The Pipercross unit is a sure improvement and i am impressed with the customer service and advice i received - my R50 goes like stink now! and does not sound like a Fiesta that has been to Halfords and back - fuel economy has not notably been affected - thanks.

Ordered part 15/10 - chased as no communication 19/10! Told not in stock manufacturing problem - would have been nice to have known this at point of order as would have cancelled order as order very urgent! Told would be despatched 4/11 - again contacted the shop 7/11 - no contact and no air filter! Absolutely useless customer service, ordered as after research Pipercross recommended, however severely let down by The Pipercross Shop! Would steer well clear!

I paid for a piper cross over 2 weeks ago yet still nothing if you dont have a certain product in store you say so online. Got me out here waiting 2 weeks for delivery yet you say in stock

From my experience of dealing with Pipercross, I found Jake to be very helpful with advice and providing extra information. Superb customer service !!
