United Kingdom | 07 September 2016Once your order is placed you receive an email stating that your item will be delivered within 5 days if not in stock, mine wasn't so I emailed the customer service department and my emails where never answered, had to open a claim in PayPal before I received any communication. Item arrived safe and sound however and is as described. Just a pity they don't answer your enquiries....

United Kingdom | 01 September 2016Phoned piper cross twice to find out a delivery date as the online account still said order was being processed. The first phone call was just under a week after placing the order, the person I contacted said it probably was on back order( this has a option/ status change on the online order) and would ring me back that day no phone call was received. The next time I rang was just over a week from the original date of order. I was told again that someone would ring me back that day. No phone calls or emails until I got a email 12 days after the order saying it will be delivered the next day. It said on the web page that even if not in stock 5 working days for delivery I understand stock levels running low. It was more the lack of communication and not phoning the customer back.

United Kingdom | 31 August 2016I bought a panel filter for my Volvo C30 and when it arrived after a whole month of them ignoring my emails it was the wrong one and didn't fit at all!! It even said on the invoice 'Ford Focus 2.5l' ... And I have a Volvo C30! I sent the item back at a cost of £7 and they won't refund my postage costs for the wrong part they sent me!! Now after several emails they are still ignoring me. Will never use this joke of a company again! What an awful company with terrible customer service, strongly recommend you avoid pipecross.

United Kingdom | 29 August 2016Filter still hasn't arrived after 2 weeks. Had to email support to chase up where my item was after 5 days. Didn't get any corespondence from pipercross to explain item was out of stock. Had to call and chase twice to get an update (sent several emails, got an answer to my first email, all subsequent emails got ignored) would not recommend purchasing items from this company. I would defiantly use a competitor in the future.

United Kingdom | 20 August 2016Having gone to the pipercross shop as they was the first website that came up on google they appeared as a mainstream reliable site...I was wrong! Website quoted at time of order that if product is not in stock I should allow upto five days for delivery. So I foned them after five days and they did not have a reason as to why "pipercross" did not contact them regarding restocking their "pipercross shop". Another week later having to chase them up nearly every day they inform me the product will be back in stock in over a month! I ask for a refund and was told the money will be in my Paypal account within 2 hours. It was not. I Fone up the next day and another member of staff refunds my money instantly as i demanded to stay on the line. One of the worst retail experiences I have faced. How does this website make money!? Furthermore how does pipercross allow them to call themselves the pipercross shop. Having bought pipercross filters several times in the past they are decent filters for the money just a badly run website.
