Hi the first time was not the best because of distribution problems, but this time I ordered last night and it was dispatched today. (could do with a tracking functionality) The air filters themselves make a noticeable difference to fuel efficiency and power ,really rate them. (prefer them to K&N)

The shop service was superb. Fast shipment, sent the correct set up for my car. However the connector pipe between the Throttle body and Air Filter is complete crap. The instructions said to tighten a jubilee clip around the connector pipe onto the filter which is slotted in. No matter how tight you tightened the jubilee clip it was still not enough to hold the filter tight. I had to cut and add a piece of silicone hose between the filter and connector pipe in order to fit it. If I hadn't had a bit spare I couldn't of fitted it. Also the black coating on the connector pipe cracked and fell of in bits. I just hope more bits don't crack and come of and get inducted into the engine. I paid £102 for the kit. It is crap!

Normally use K&N but the oil damages the MAF mass airflow sensor, so I have changed to Piper cross and they are easily as good.

Ordered a pipercross filter 19th sept still haven't received it. Very poor communication. Have rang them twice still no update. Won't be buying from again that's for sure. A simple box filter for a set of webbers

My filter whent on back order and took slightly longer than the stated 5 day wait to be re stocked but shipped sooner than Pipercross thought it would. The longest delay was getting it through U.S. Customs, over 2 weeks. Now that I have it I think it was worth the wait. Should do a good job keeping the Arizona dust out of my engine without strangling it.

if you have a problem or a question they always answer fast on your mails if you got the wrong filter they don't have any problem sending you the right one and refunding the difference if there is any

Overall very good service instructions on fitting were excellent and I've had no issues good quality product only give 4 stars as it took longer to come then stated and didn't let me know so I had to ring up after a week but would use again.
