Left 3 messages and never got a call back. Finally went on website and saw live chat which is how I got help. However your company was recommended via a phone number so I didn’t even know that live chat was available…in the meantime leaving 3 messages over 4 days is poor customer service in my opinion.

For two days, I have tried to reach someone. I am an existing customer. Today was in the queue on live chat for over 1.5 hours watching it countdown from five in front to one. But no contact after almost 2 hours of waiting. Ultimately left the queue and when I tried to log back onto live chat notified gone for the day and leave an email. I tried calling, but toll-free numbers do not work rapidly busy signal then the verbal message circuit is busy.

Great turn around time on clearance. The best Company in that department that I have used (and now use exclusively) since the pandemic hit and I no longer travel to the border to pick up and clear the orders for my business myself like I used to. However, I would like to encourage my email regarding the clearance to be read fully as I do give complete information every time ... especially included and needs to be read is the always highlighted part that requests that we do not get charged DUTY charges along with an explanation as to why we do not get charged DUTY, only GST. Every time thus far I have to go back and request a refund. The refund is processed quickly and I really appreciate that part.
