03-Feb-2023 - Clearit processed a clearance without contacting me. They entered the wrong currency, and overpaid my GST by about 50%. I contacted customer service, but Clearit will not take responsibility for fixing it. If it's not my error, it shouldn't be my problem to fix. 21-Mar-2023 - Clearit again, did not contact me for approval, or for documentation before charging my credit card. This was a warranty item from the vendor, and the clearance was charged to my account rather than the vendors.
