Our debit machine is confusing and only came with 2 rolls of paper our last one didn't need papper and u could review batches without printing

I dislike that there is no designated representative... I have an order in the system that was given an incorrect code and charged in error more cost than should've been Why wasn't I contacted first before you made the error?

They did clearing fast and well

The only thing I missed in my dealings with Clearit is a personal conversation with an agent. Devin and Michelle have been very helpful. I plan to do more business with these folks in the future.

I didn't realize that I needed a customs broker for a shipment until a Friday afternoon when the shipment was due to arrive the next day. There were people on hand who responded to my inquiry right away, and the website to create a customer account was easy to use. They responded quickly to problem solve an issue due to the Canada Revenue strike and got the shipment released quickly. I would definitely use them again.

Once registered, the rest was done quickly without intervention! Love it.

Great prompt service

I had my shipper forward the documents as they arrived to clearit, clearit handled the rest.

I was provided a import form that was unsigned which caused long delays at customs. No agent on site on my behalf as advertised. No phone agent in an emergency. Straight to voicemail. Long wait for email/chat help. Will not use this service again.
