Clearit has been great for us. We constantly buy parts from US and let Clearit handle all the customs related matters so we don't have to. We love their service.

I used ClearIt recently to clear an item brought into Canada by a Canadian courier company. Because I used them twice before, I thought the pricing would be the same. I checked their website before setting it up and saw it still indicated clearance for items under $200 to be $34.95. I was very disappointed when I got the bill and was charged $64.95, especially when the item only cost $50.

Clearit cleared a shipment from the USA that UPS brought to Canada through Vancouver.. Most of my past experiences have been great but this last transaction was a little awkward and cost me. The items arrived on time. Clearit did not send the charges through to my Credit card and I had no statement for about 3 weeks. When the charges went through my Credit Card went into overage by a couple of dollars and I incurred a $25.00 charge. If I had known how much the invoice was before they posted it I would have made sure funds were there. If the charges were paid before they cleared the order, and I received a notice this would not have happened. Please can you send an invoice to me before you charge my CC.

The biggest complaint is that it is very difficult to have anyone call you back to explain things. You have to figure everything out on your own. Difficult without experience.

Have asked clear it to call me several times! No feedback! There is never any agent available when I am calling. Have left several messages to call me back! Have not receive any call back after leaving messages!
