The system was easy to use, except for a couple of very small frustrations. The actual customs clearance went smoothly. What I feel was lacking was a bit more clarity/transparency on the pricing and it would be useful to have some idea in advance, based on the information entered, of how much the taxes/duties would be for a given shipment. Overall a good and smooth experience.

First time user, the process isnt very clear as far as expectations around waiting and processing times. I waited 2 days for answers about my shipment. I called and called and no answer and no return calls from voicemail messages left. There was never a call that was answered. Why bother giving me a number.

Made my import super easy. Once I filled out and set up the account they took it from there. Couldn't be easier.

I was called and notified each step of the process. Tracking was excellent. I would use Clearit again without hesitation.
