Being new to exporting from the US to Canada I found the online chat function invaluable. The team was responsive and helpful to my queries. I didn't however find some of the information on their website particularly clear and hence my reliance on the chat function to resolve my questions.

I found the support difficult to get a hold of (messages went unanswered for hours) and they didn't explain well around the questions I asked. Otherwise, everything went well.

Email responses took too long and did not address my questions when responding, however, I connected with someone over chat and they were very helpful and resolved the issue in a matter of moments as opposed to waiting a week for an email response.
