I’ve purchased numerous robes for wedding gifts for family members over the years. For $10 I have the robes engraved with the couple’s monogram or name in script. The robes are absorbent and well made and the price for the personalized embroidery is reasonable. Stay in business because my husband and I have 14 siblings combined and we are now on their grandchildren’s weddings!

I like the robe but the style of the hood with the point on it make it look like a white supremacy cloak. My family was very put off by it. I’m sure it was unintentional but maybe something to consider for future designs.

I absolutely love the robes I ordered so much that I am ordering them for my friends as well. Shipping was swift and efficient and well packaged.

I had a terrible time getting a defective product I ordered returned. I had to email 3 times with no response and then tried to call at least 4 times with no luck. Finally got someone to answer the call and she was very short with me and told me you were doing inventory and were very busy, but would get me my return label that day. Another week went by and finally Adrian answered and got me my label. But then it took another week or more to find out they just returned my robe and didn't exchange it for a new one, which I had requested. To which I was charged $10 for a return. Finally after another week and Adrian's help (which was much appreciated) I got another robe. The robe was to be a Valentine's gift but after all the time it finally arrived 3 weeks late. A very frustrating process to say the least. Adrian was a great help once I was able to talk to someone. My family owns 5 of these robes and for the cost of them you'd think the customer service would be top notch.

The robes I've received are luxurious and make every day feel like a spa day. Additionally, the shipping was so quick the robes were at my home the day after I ordered them. Wonderful experience!
