The product is exactly what I wanted! I just received my order yesterday and it was exactly as promised when I ordered it! It is plush and comfortable and the embroidery was just as I ordered. I couldn't be more satisfied with this product!

Not nearly the quality of a robe I purchased some years ago. You can see through the robe even though it was their top quality listed in its style. Disappointed!

The robe arrived fairly quickly and looks great. My sister bought me one for a family cruise a few years ago and I bought a matching one for my partner.

They made a minor error but we're enthusiastic to fix it. Product is great.

Best sheets I've ever found. We discovered them in a hotel in Santa Fe one summer and fell in love. I add a set of Monarch king size sheets to my collection every year -- even the guest rooms get the good stuff! We love the soft, silky feel of the fabric and the generous size. Customer service is excellent with this company. Ordering is a smooth process and shipping is very good. I'd love it if they started making these sheets in colors.

I haven't yet laundered the robe, but I like how it feels, and am so happy to have this as a bathrobe for guests. Seems to be of good quality, and all cotton which I wanted.

I love Monarch Cypress towels. They are a quality towel, oversized, soft, absorbent, everything you want a towel to be, without an exorbitant price. All of my towels are white and they look and feel like the ones used by high priced resorts. I highly recommend these towels because they are also long lasting. I know mine have and I wash my towels just about every day.

I love these robes and have been a faithful customer for years. I ordered a robe and tried a new style. I didn’t like it and wish to exchange it. I have filled out the return form twice, left a voice message and sent an email. Absolutely no response. This is very frustrating! Please respond to your inquiries!

The robes are absolutely incredible, super soft and very well made. Both my wife and I love them and could not be happier with the product!!! Their customer service is also great. They were so helpful in figuring out my size as well as working with me on a return and ordering a new one. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend!

I was sent the wrong robe and the correct robe has yet to be sent to me.

The website has items on there that they do not have in stock . The website allowed me to order a 4x waffle robe and I was emailed days later saying that they didn't have a 4x and then I asked about another style the website said was in stock..4x , and she told me they had it then she went back and said they didn't have it. The emails were very unprofessional. I didn't feel helped at all. Long story short I was short a valentine's day gift for my fiance. I recieved a ups tracking number so I assumed they had found a 4x for me but when I emailed them again I was informed that it was standard. so I was disappointed again. but they gave me a refund at the end .

I have not even received my order yet. It was supposed to be here on Wednesday and it is Sunday now. This was a Valentine’s gift for my entire family and it is Valentine’s Day now. I’m not mad, I’m disappointed. Please send my order ASAP and let me know. UPDATE I received my order late, but they did communicate with me three times eventually when I reached out to them, on why and I was able to give it to my Valentine's under 10 days late.
