Angel Nicholas is an excellent and professional CSR. I had several questions regarding a robe I wore at a hospital, and Angel was always responsive and helpful. After receiving the robe, I had a slight issue with the product, but Angel was right there to continually answer all my questions and find a solution. Thank you, Angel, for your amazing professionalism and help every single time. The robe is lightweight and very nice, I received my order the very next day. Very impressive.

Horrible. Sent the wrong item. Told a return label woukd be sent. More than 2 weeks later the company is no longer responding to any questions as to return label and correct item being shipped. Really did not want to review them badly but after several failed attempts this is my only option. Sad I really wanted tge correct item.

Told Angela my size and what I wanted. Asked her to stay online with me while I ordered. She did not pay attention and I ended up ordering the wrong robe. I got a mammoth sized robe and she had been told that I am 5’3” and 106 pounds! And to add insult to injury, they charged me a restocking fee when I returned it!!

These sheets are incredibly soft and comfortable! They arrived on time and were nicely packaged. My only wish is that they came on more colors.
