I bought a hooded robe for my wife's birthday. The quality was top notch. Lining was plush, the material was good heavy quality and will last a long time. She loved it.

I love the way it feels! I purchased a robe for myself and my sister. We both love wearing it! It comes in a standard large due to over-production, but the generous sizing doesn't bother us. It's very comfortable, and we like it more roomy for comfort. The hood is also a very nice touch. It feels like a luxurious unisex robe at a hotel. For reference, I am 5'8" with a runner's build at 135 lbs, and she is 5'9", with a Crossfit build at 140 lbs. The robe hits just below the knee. We couldn't be happier with this product, and the shipping was fast.

Bought a microfiber shawl robe lined in plush as a last minute Christmas gift for my husband. I knew he'd love the robe because he envied the one I bought for myself a few years ago. What I did not know is how QUICKLY they would ship it -- it arrived EARLY (in time for Christmas despite the late purchase date!)

Have thoroughly enjoyed the white microfiber robe with the plush lining that my husband bought me for my birthday. Have now purchased the navy one for him and am planning to surprise him with it for his upcoming birthday! So soft, and love the weight of it

I have been trying to contact the company to return my robe. I filled out the online return form and left two voicemails. Nobody has gotten back to me. The robe is very rough and scratchy. Not sift at all, as the listing describes.

My wife and and I recently stayed at an Omni Hotel for the first time. My wife loved the chamois cloth robes in the room. Usually hotel robes are terry or waffle weave and aren't that comfortable. The chamois cloth robe was super soft and comfortable. After we got home my wife decided to order one for both of us. We love wearing them around the house.

While the quality of the product was lovely, I unfortunately purchased the wrong size. I have tried twice to get a return/exchange label to get the correct size with no luck. I tried on line once and then called and talked to customer service. I was told I would have a label in my in box right way. This did not happen. You have my correct email, as I have received order and shipping information. It is not in my junk folder. The robe is not monogramed. I would just like to get a different size - standard not wide girth. The one I received is unwearable! I am EXTREMELY disappointed that I can not exchange this and it has been so difficult!

I was very pleased with my experience with Monarch Cypress. My iPad would not let me indicate what color I wanted for my monogram. They were kind enough to email me instead of just eliminating the monogram. And the robes are luxurious!

Excellent quality. Love the terry cloth robe. I have one myself and got it as a gift for my boyfriend, embroidery was perfect. He loves to wear it to dry off after showering.
