The payment portal doesn’t inspire much confidence in me. It doesn’t feel very secure, and my suspicions were confirmed too. Approximately a week after placing my order, I went to check on its status, and my order had been canceled without notifying me at all nonetheless why. I had to reach out to customer service, and they informed me that my address was input incorrectly. I double checked the address, and it matches the address I use for all other online shopping.

Paid for embroidered on 2 robes. Lack of attention to detail because they only embroidered 1. When calling customer service, I am sent to a shipping and receiving manager that has a full voice mail box so unable to leave a message. I sent an email and with in 48 hours I had a reply for a refund or exchange. Since this was a Christmas gift (and 2 days from Christmas) I asked for the item. It was a robe for my daughter so I could give it to her when ever it arrived. With in 1 hour from sending that email, Angel (she truly is at customer service), had it on its way. She overnighted it during the holiday season on the 23rd of December. I recieved the Robe on the 24th. And both of them look amazing. My wife and daughter are going to love them. Thank you again.

I ordered a robe as a Christmas gift and it was there two days later. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong one and had to return it. The return process was very easy. I ordered a different robe with embroidery so it took a little longer, but not much. When I called to check on delivery, the gentleman I spoke to went out of his way to help and the robe was delivered before Christmas and looked incredible. A+ for customer service!!!

Love these wraps! Have been purchasing them for years....My only suggestion is that the monogrammed initials should be placed on the pocket instead of on the bottom of the wrap.

This really keeps me warm. I have cancer, and being on chemo since Dec,and now on radiation treatments. A great bathrobe! I had a hard time finding this style - with no shawl collar, and shorter sleeves that don't get in the way of my grooming and morning routines. Double belt loops are a plus. Stays tied, ample coverage. Good price.
