Never Arrived. Three and half weeks later and I have still not received my order. Apparently it has not even shipped yet. I love Monarch robes, but will not be ordering directly from them anymore.

I like the robe. I own one that is 15 years old, and needed to replace it. However I ordered the robe in the wrong size and am having a hard time returning/exchanging it.

Wonderful customer service and a nice product line. I only wish the website had alerted me to the fact that I ordered a polyester blended robe, when I wanted an all cotton one, but because the prices were the same, I didn’t pay any attention to that and didn’t see the small print. It worked out because I will use the two for guests and I ordered an all cotton one for myself! I was missing a belt on the last order and they promptly sent me a replacement and I originally had a Monarch Kimono robe from a bed and breakfast that we stayed in and we couldn’t leave without buying the ones we wore, so I had to have a replacement!

The robes were everything we could have asked for! Thick, heavy robes and so soft and comfy. Couldn't have been any better than it was. Perfect!

Amazing quality.

I have been searching the Internet to replace a robe I had purchased from a spa many years ago. I finally got smart and checked the tab on my old robe and it said Monarch Robes. I’m so happy I found Monarch and was able to purchase another robe as mine was ripping/falling apart inside (10+ yrs old). These robes are lightweight, comfortable and maintains my body temperature without causing me to sweat. The terry lining is soft and absorbable. I love this robe!!

Luxurious sheets! Would buy again. Wish they had a few colors in pastels.

I ordered three spa robes for my children for Christmas on December 16th. I received my confirmation email of my purchase. After waiting and not receiving my robes I did a little investigating just to find out my order had been canceled. Why? My daughter was looking for a heavy weight cotton bathrobe for Christmas. This robe couldn't have been more perfect!!! She was so happy with it that she never took it off for the rest of the day!!! The quality of the cotton is great. No extra little strings hanging like many other one I looked at.
