Still haven't recieved their product. Two weeks after ordering, there's no feed back and it doesn't appear the product has shipped. Emails have went unanswered.

I was first introduced to Monarch Cypress when I stayed at the Mission Inn hotel in Riverside California. I was so charmed with the sheets and the amazing nights sleep I had that I took a photo of the tag and ordered sheets when I got home, I love them. Sleep is as gift. Sleeping, reading, and relaxing in a beautiful and comfortable sheet set is priceless.

Fantastic robe! First wore one in a NYC boutique hotel. Ordered on when I got home. Wore that one for years. Decided to buy another, it is just as good as the first one. Highly recommended.

I was delighted to realize that I could order directly. I have been wearing Greenbrier robes for years. However, they were quite costly and I just want a robe like yours not needing Greenbrier monogram. It was time for a new robe so I decided to check to see if you had a website. I ordered 2 different robes because I was not sure which one was like the Greenbrier robe. When they arrived in 2 days! I was delighted. I quickly figured out which one was the one I wanted. I sent the other one back about a week and a half ago and ordered another one like the one I kept. I have not heard anything, don't know if you received it and have not heard anything about replacement. Help!

Best robe ever! Best customer service! I am a big guy, but not huge, and normal "XL" robes don't cover me all the time when I am sitting and crossing my legs, or lounging around and changing positions. The 3XL Four Seasons robe is huge and keeps me covered no matter what. And it was $30 with free shipping. AND it is all cotton! I wouldn't be able to buy this size, all cotton, and this quality ANYWHERE for $30. I bought one each for my two sons, and several people who read my blog bought one. I went a bit overboard and bought 7 more for myself. At $30 I can give them to guests in our home to take with them! As I'm writing this, I'm tempted to buy more. Thanks for a quality product at such a great price, and for the excellent customer service!
