i am returning the kimono due to the material is almost sheer it is so thin. It was a present for my husband and he does not like it at all. this robe is not the quality that we have seen at the Marriott Hotels. W

I ordered 2 spa/bathrobes and am very happy with the quality of both. They are a tad different in fabric styles, but both are very satisfactory, especially with the very friendly pricing.

This robe took a little longer than expected because of the monogram which was beautifully stitched by the way. The robe is very high quality, not it too heavy, not too thin. It's rather long but could easily be hemmed if needed. This gorgeous robe will last for a long time I'm sure. Thank you for such a quality piece at a very reasonable price! I'm very happy with this purchase!

I have bought a robe each christmas for several years. Each one has been top quality and arrived as scheduled. Always happy with my purchases here.

I was expecting the same level of quality as the towels I used at the Highlands Inn but that was not the case. These towels were smaller after washing and less absorbent. Also, they were much more expensive than towels of similar quality I just purchased at Bed, Bath & Beyond. Overall, I'm disappointed in my purchase and will buy towels in the future from other retailers.

I ordered a robe from this company. It arrived and the robe is nice, but it is HUGE (3 people could fit in this robe). When I looked at my order, it read color/size = white/medium. The company will not do anything about this as I had it engraved. I will never order from this company and if you do, please read the sizing carefully as it is very confusing.

It's a Christmas gift, I don't know how well it will be accepted until opened.

We previewed the Basic Chamois Shawl robes recently at the Omni in San Antonio..... quality, feel, wearability was outstanding... so once home after deciding to buy, Carlo Rivas in Customer Service was contacted for clarifying sizing information. Kudos to Carlo! We're spending more time at home this winter so we can wear our robes around our hacienda.... being retired has its advantages... ;)

Having purchased, at a boutique hotel 4 yrs. ago a robe manufactured by Monarch Cypress, and worn it unendingly, it became the perfect gift for my husband. He is thrilled with it. Generously cut, amazingly comfortable, our robes are treasured. Having washed mine for these 4 yrs. I will say that it still appears like the day I purchased it, how can that be? But, it is. This is the highest quality and most comfortable bathrobe I have ever worn and sounding a bit silly over a bathrobe, would not want any but this.
