Received my robe on time (a bit earlier!) and I love it. So soft and good quality. I first found this robe when I went to a medical facility. I took picture of the label and that's how I was able to order for myself. However, the one in the medical center was a bit shorter that what I received. I am only 5' tall and this robe comes to my ankles whereas in the medical center, it came to my calf. At least I know it will be good in winter though a bit cumbersome due to the length.

The order arrived 5 days late. I finally called 4 days after it was supposed to have arrived and found out it hadn’t left the warehouse yet. The customer service rep that I talked to was awesome though, he personally went out and picked my order and had it over night shipped to us.

I have placed 2 orders. Both have been mysteriously canceled without any explanation or communication. I have only discovered the cancellation by waiting anxiously for the shipping notification for several weeks then returning to the site to discover that my orders hand been cancelled. Won’t order a third time. :-(

Customer Service got back to me promptly after I hit send. I apologize for my hasty reaction to not being able to get in touch with anyone. There should be no adverse performance issues attributed to your staff in this matter.

Don't try to contact them through their website. I left a message nearly a week ago and have heard nothing back. We purchased two of the microfiber plush robes. This is the second time we've purchased robes from Monarch Cypress. There was no issue with the first robes. We love them as do our guests. With this latest purchase of two more of the same robes, one was fine but the other one was definitely not the same quality of microfiber plush robe as any of the other three we have. We attempted to contact them through their website's "Contact Us" page and went into great detail to describe the issue, the order number, all of the ways that they could reach us, etc. We've received no response. We will attempt to contact you via phone to resolve the issue. If you're going to have a "Contact Us" page on your website, timely responses would be appreciated!

Two weeks and no word of my order. Even after call and email, there is radio silence. That is bold to send me an email asking to review at this point.

The robe was lighter weight than my old one but fortunately I live in Florida so it was perfect.

I am a little picky for bedsheets. I have tried many already. I found these from Monarch great regarding all aspects. I was in a hotel who had it and I bought it right away. Suggestion: having color variety if working with retail. Mine are all white..
