I would have rated them a Five but i sent the first set back due to pilling. Decided to try them again. Otherwise I love them.

These are simply the softest sheets I’ve ever slept on. First experienced them at the Mission Inn hotel in Riverside, then came home and immediately ordered a set! Love!

After a trip to a 5-star hotel in Chicago, I decided to buy my wife a robe like the one in the hotel. The MonarchCypress waffle robe I purchased was perfect, it arrived quickly and was of a similar quality as the robes in Chicago! My wife loves it and I couldn’t be happy with the purchase.

I have not received this order, I haven’t received a shipping update or any information and I haven’t been able to get any follow up information. The order was placed over two weeks ago. I have already been charged for the order and am becoming more frustrated as the days go by. Update: I have received my order, the products are correct and of good quality. I have added stars but will leave my initial review here for others as that is the situation that was occurring when Monarch asked my to initially review the company. I did receive an email several days later, it had several excuses in it and asked me to change my review. At that time, I still didn’t have any products for my money. Now, I do have product in hand, am satisfied with the items but feel the ordering, customer shipping/notification and customer service area need some definite improvement.

These are the best gift ever. I have bought the microfiber, plush, shawl robes for friends and family,everyone has loved them. They are so luxurious. They do run large. I am a women’s size 6 and the XS is generous.

I love the sheets, and I like the duvet. The sheets are soft and I love the oversized four pillow cases. The duvet has already snagged and has a "run" in (like pantyhose), and there is no way to close it at the bottom so my comforter sags out of it (no zipper, no buttons). The size and feel are great, but I just wished I could close it up. Both items arrived quickly and I was able to track their shipments along the way. Communication with the company was great and the sheets are well worth the money!

The comfiest robe EVER!! I was given one of these robes to wear when I visited a local spa recently and had to order one for myself. Shipping was on time. Very high quality robe and going to order one for my husband. Worth every penny.

I purchased 2 robes for Christmas. The quality is beautiful and delivery was fast. Hopefully the sizes are true, I won't know till after the holidays.

I bought the sauna wrap for my husband as a gift. Material is comfortable and absorbs nicely. No problem after washing. Easy to order and quick delivery. It would be nice to have more sizes and colors available for sauna wrap. Happy with the purchase
