The monarch sheets are the most soft and silky I have ever felt. Sleeping on them is heavenly. And the price is very reasonable. They are nicely packaged. I LOVE them!

I have sent 2 emails and called trying to return the robe I received for Christmas. Have received nothing from anyone. Horrible customer service buyer beware

These truly are the most comfortable sheets however, they are oversized for my king bed. All of my other sheet sets and mattress pads fit fine but these are huge. The fitted is baggy and the flat sheet hangs down the sides quite far beyond enough to tuck in. Very awkward. It is as if they were made for a bed larger than a king. I love these so much for their softness but am so sad that the dimensions do not work on my standard king mattress set. I haven’t heard any other complaints like this so I don’t know what’s up with mine. My mattress top is roughly 16”.

Able to take advantage of the product overrun on the spa robes, and greatly enjoying them at what was a 50-66% price reduction. Very cozy and the one-size amply fits my 5'-9"/170# frame. Cuffs are just past my wrists and robe goes to about 4" off the ground.

I had been looking for the robes that guests use at the Breakers in Palm Beach for a VERY long time. Finally someone suggested I call Breakers and they were nice enough to point me to Monarch. I bought a lovely kimono style microfiber for my husband and a terry-micro for my daughter. They were both very affordably monogrammed and everything came as promised before Christmas. It's very, very hard to find a nice robe online--the truly luxury type--these are them. Great product.

Robes are very comfortable. My wife got me one and I later ordered her a monogrammed one. They accidentally shipped a plain one, then exchanged it for correct one. Customer service was very helpful and shipping was really prompt (2 days for Eastern PA). Would recommend highly.

We had previously bought these robes at a spa and wanted to get newer ones with our names on them. They are gorgeous!!! My husband loved them!!!!

It arrived on the date promised and I was kept up to date on the shipment from the moment it was shipped to the moment it arrived. The robe was in its own MonarchCypress cloth bag. The robe is luxurious, white trimmed in navy, and was a gift to a friend. A note about my previous order of ECO LUX Microfiber sheet sets as well. I have spoiled many family members with these amazing, soft, cozy sheet sets. When I had gone out of town, I quickly placed an older set of high-quality sheets on my bed. My husband complained, "Where did you dig up these sheets? They are horrid!". In 40 years, he had never commented on sheets!

Not happy. Ordered 4 robes as a Christmas gifts. 2 weeks pass and the recipient lets me know they never got anything. I tried looking for a shipping email or notice, but had nothing besides the original confirmation email which let me know they received the order and would begin packaging it. I called the company and the gentlemen speaking to me said they cancelled the order because there was a missing “style” for a robe customization. So I never got any notification about them cancelling my order, or even trying to reach out and say “hey, we just need this piece of information and we will have your order on the way!” Terrible service. When I asked if there was anything I could do, the gentlemen said to just reorder but not until after the New Year because they will be closed. Really upset and won’t be ordering from again.

Kept true to timeline for embroidery and shipping was quick. Purchased a couple robes and quality to cost seems spot on
