The waffle robe is so disappointing - one size does not fit most! I am an average sized woman - 5’4, 160 lbs. This fits NOTHING like it does on the female model. If you look, it is mid calf on her yet almost to the male model’s ankles. It is to my ankles and I am positively swimming in it. If you belt it to fit better, you can’t use a pocket. I got it monogrammed which I horribly regret - it’s about six inches so part of it is tucked under when belted and the other letter is in my armpit, so it’s just one letter that is visible. And I can’t return it or even donate it, because it’s monogrammed! It is too large to wear, do not recommend for anyone under 5’10 or 200 lbs and even then I think it would be roomy. The material is soft and shipping was great, but I am so baffled by the positive reviews for the robe - who does this fit?!?

I have worn this robe for over 20 years and finally decided to buy one for each of my kids and their spouses for Christmas. I know I will love them once they come. Sadly, I emailed my concerns that they have not arrived yet but no one has responded. None the less, I am willing to give the robe 5 stars...maybe 1 star for customer service.

These sheets are hands down the softest most comfortable sheets I have ever slept in! I fist discovered them at a great hotel in Sedona, AZ and after the fist time I touched them, I knew I had to have them in my home! It took a little research to find them and it was totally worth it. They are high end sheets, so they are a bit higher priced but again, absolutely worth it! I may never leave my bed!

It is the most comfortable and luxurious bsthrobe I've purchased. I bought two more for my daughter's.

My towels arrived with no issues. However, I am very disappointed in the quality of the stitching and the general thickness of the towel. There are many long uncut strings, several areas on the towels that have pulls and also areas of the stitching that are missing. I was going to order hand towels when they became available but I will not be ordering any more of these towels. I’m disappointed.

I have bought many sheet sets and duvet covers from Monarch Cypress. Hands down these are the best sheets I have ever bought. And I will buy more for gifts.

I have bought the robes over the past few years. They are wonderful! My wife wears hers almost every evening and they always look good… and launder well. I’ll keep buying them for Christmas.

The ease of ordering and the delivery time were good. However, the robes are fantastic! ! ! My wife and I wear them to and from our outdoor jacuzzi spa. THe temperatures have been below freezing, and these are just perfect to walk from the house to the spa, and back in, when you are wet afterwards. I highly recommend the robes. The robes were so good, I decided to buy some towels. They are Christmas gifts for my wife, so I have not tried them yet.

When I ordered the robe - the color looked different online. I was a bit deceived by the color "stone." The monogram is good though, I just wish I had a different color.
