Bei einem Umzug des Unternehmens innerhalb Hamburgs verschwanden ein Perserteppich mit hohem Zeitwert und Tischbeine eines hochwertigen Tisches. Darauf bot mir nach ewigen hin und her Boxie 24 eine lächerliche Entschädigung von 200€, die auf viele Kleinbeträge gesplittet auf die falsche Kontonummer überwiesen wurden und das nachdem ich schriftlich eine andere Kontonummer nannte. Bei meinem telefonischen Hinweis sagte ein Herr Bisso, was ich eigentlich für ein Problem hätte, er könne das nicht rückgängig machen und wie ich respektlos mit ihm sprechen würde. Diese Art der Projektion um vom massiven eigenen Problemen und Problemen bei Boxie 24 abzulenken zwingt Kunden zum Anwalt zu gehen. Schade, aber ich muss vor diesem Unternehmen warnen.

Es hat alles hervorragend geklappt und man wurde immer sehr gut informiert. Die Abholung war pünktlich und alle waren sehr vorsichtig mit meinem Bett..würde ich jederzeit empfehlen

The customer service team has been fantastic to deal with so far and really helpful. This is certainly a highlight. Unfortunately I could not get free collection of my stuff as there was no availability for their moving team 2-days in advance, so I had to pay for the partner moving service. It is also only free collection/delivery to/from the ground floor! My things are still in storage so will update this review when I get it all back but so far, I am very happy with my decision to use Boxie24.

Easy , quick and professional! After making a reservation on Saturday, on Tuesday morning all my belongings was picked up !! Great contact center , price and service !!

Quite easy to book. The move went very easy too. The 2 people who arrived couldn't speak English but we managed. My furniture is still in storage so I don't know how their situation is or how the move of the furniture will go, but all is well so far!

Die Buchung der Abholung, war unkompliziert, Mitarbeiter sind auch alle hilfsbereit und freundlich. Bei der Abholung und Abwicklung gab es ein paar Missverständnisse, um die sich im Nachhinein gekümmert worden.
