Nabil and Ali were great! Both of them were very kind and helpful. I did not any more precise timeslot, as it was announced beforehand, but overall everything went smoothly.

Special thanks to Ali and Nabil who loaded our van. They were super friendly and efficient, in good humour which really helped the stressful nature of the day. They were able to load a two bedroom flat onto the van in just over an hour and all the boxes and furniture were treated with respect and wrapped/packed carefully. I couldn’t fault them. As with other reviews, we were not able to get a more accurate slot than 9-4pm but I understand the logistical challenges coordinating one team to do 10 jobs in a day.

Super polite and communicative through email and phone. They had a superfast response time and always included all necessary information so nothing was a surprise! It was very easy to set up a date and the whole process was one of the smoothest I have had when it comes to moving your furniture/boxes. They even took extra care to carefully cover all my fragile items with extra protection. When they came to pick up my boxes, it was swift, and I had no issues at all! I would recommend this service 100%

H.Liebich, Zorneding Wir haben unsere Möbel über Boxie24 in Neuching eingelagert. Der Lagerort wie wir zu spät (erst beim Rücktranzport) feststellten war eine Scheune. Nichts von dem was Boxie24 im Internet versprach war in der Scheune vorzufinden. Die Möbel die 3 Monate eingelagert waren waren durch die Feuchtigkeit insbesondere Türen von Schränke verzogen. Viele Kleidungsstücke insbesondere Daunenjacken waren von Mäusen beschädigt worden. Die Scheune sah aus wie eine Gerümpelkammer. Mitarbeiter sehr unfreundlich als ich Foto von der Scheune machte. Der Schaden beläuft sich nach erster Begutachtung ( viele Kisten noch nicht ausgepackt ) zwischen 1000 - 2000 Euro. Ich gehe davon aus das die Zentrale in Berlin nicht weiss wie es vor Ort aussieht. Auch einer der Kontaktpersonen in Berlin nicht besonders freundlich und kundenorientiert. Es würde hier den Rahmen sprengen alles wiederzugeben im Austausch mit Berlin. Kann diese Firma nicht empfehlen oder erstmal den Lagerort anschauen.

I was looking for the service where not only storage but also pick up and drop is provided by the company and Boxie24 is the perfect match with same service. Different options provided by the Boxie24 are amazing.

The Boxie24 Storage team are a joy to work with. There isn't a job too big or too complicated for them. They were always responsive to my specific needs from scheduled pick-ups and drop-offs at various locations in Melbourne to last-minute and urgent requests. They were always happy to work out a solution for and with me and they do it with a smile on their face. I highly recommend their service.

Precies zoals gecommuniceerd kwamen de verhuizers mijn spullen mooi op tijd ophalen en belden ook echt een half uur van tevoren. Hierdoor kon ik de verhuizing precies goed plannen en de spullen op tijd klaar zetten. Ali en zijn collega waren behulpzaam en klantvriendelijk. De spullen worden nog eens goed omwikkeld met folie wat je veel vertrouwen geeft dat de spullen in goede handen zijn. Dit is nog eens service en bespaart je een hoop tijd om geen verhuisbus zelf te huren.

So far my things have only been picked up, so I’ll write an update after they are returned. Boxie makes the storage experience very accesible for everyone, especially people who don’t have a car, a drivers license, or other people to help. The pickup is super convenient and well organized, and everything throughout the process was easy. The only thing to note is that costs don’t seem very transparent. But like I said, I’ll give a full update once I’m through with the whole process.

Möbel für 1 Jahr eingelagert. Abholung lief Problemlos. Danach fingen die Probleme an. Schriftlich Konto für Abbuchung geändert, mit der Bitte, das zuvor genannte Konto zu löschen. Abbuchungen wurden willkürlich mal von einem, mal vom anderen Konto vorgenommen. Mal wurden auch nur Teilbeträge abgebucht und einen Monat später der restliche Betrag zusätzlich. Durch die Abbuchungen vom falschen Konto entstanden Rückbuchungen, da das Konto ein Jahr lang nicht bedient wurde (Kontoinhaber befand sich im Ausland). Daraufhin wurden Mahngebühren von Euro 25,- !! berechnet. Dabei lag der Fehler in der falschen Buchhaltung des Unternehmens. Auf schriftliche Beschwerde wurde der Vorgang nicht bearbeitet, sondern der Fehler uns zugeschoben. Ist ja einfacher so und man muss sich mit seinen Fehlern nicht auseinandersetzen. Der Rücktransport nach einem Jahr war dermaßen überteuert und zusätzlich fehlen eingelagerte Gegenstände. Auch daran trägt das Unternehmen natürlich keine Schuld und deswegen wird auch kein Schadensersatz angeboten. Sollte man also nicht selbst einlagern und abschließen, kann ich definitiv nur abraten hier Gegenstände lagern. Bei Problemen redet sich dieses Unternehmen heraus...

First time using their services dont know what to say other han they should ship items, when you need them such as when living in another coutry. Changed the 5 star to 1 star. Shirt thing is, nowehere on their website is mentuoned that i need appointment to come and get my stuff from their warehouse. Also amerfoort is the only place you can collect and only during an half hour period in the morning! But on the frequently asked questions ifnyou scroll down it says you can come from 6a.m to 11pm to collect your stuff. So they lie about 2 things.. Not happy. I missed my transport from nl to estonia. But theybdid not want to hand out my bike.. Bad very bad
