Netherlands | 22 January 2024I regrettably had a very bad experience entrusting my belongings, including power tools to Boxie24 for storage. The Facebook group "Boxie24 Victims" will show evidence of my experience. If you had a similar experience please also share your story/evidence there. Upon retrieving my items, the locks of my tool boxes had been tampered with, their contents missing, and four entire tool boxes were nowhere to be found. When I confronted Boxie24 about these issues, they attempted to deflect blame by suggesting that I had provided an inaccurate inventory or none at all. This allegation was false. I had provided them with a physical inventory copy to the drivers upon collection and a backup email copy with photos, both signed and dated. However, Boxie24 denied receiving the paper inventory and said the email backup with my name and date was not valid. They were not able to answer my question about why I was never notified about the missing paper inventory as this poses a serious security concern for customers. If Boxie24 staff do falsely claim missing paperwork then where is the protection for the customers? Later I discovered that some of my missing tools were being sold in a second-hand store located in the same town as my storage unit. This undeniable evidence confirmed my suspicion that my belongings had been pilfered while under Boxie24's care. Their lack of plausible explanation only confirmed what had happened, as they continued to evade accountability. I urge anybody to take the negative google reviews very seriously. I wish I did.

United States | 21 January 2024Office coordinated everything with me over email instead of the phone, quickly meeting my access needs as an autistic person. Price is 1/3 of what I spent at Clutter for the same service, plus they actually sent 2 guys for the pickup instead of 1! Pickup was quick and painless, and both drivers took and properly wore the KN-95 masks we gave them throughout the appointment. So far, I highly recommend Boxie24’s service in NYC!

Germany | 17 January 2024Ich kann nur sagen Vorsicht !!! Wir haben hier unseren Hausstand eingelagert und einen Trümmerhaufen zurück bekommen. Wir haben mehr als 400 € Schaden und Boxi will nicht zahlen man spielt die Vogel Strauß Politik so nach dem Motto sitzen wir es aus. Also Vorsicht !!!!

Netherlands | 15 January 2024i stored my entire apartment with Boxie24 for about 9 months. I had my items delivered finally with an external company, and found a whole pallet is missing. My moving company picked up the pallets, placed them in a sealed container, and then only opened it again on arrival. Therefore I firmly believe boxie simply did not dispense the full number of pallets. So far their customer service is being very sluggish in getting this resolved. As in, I've emailed twice within 7 days and haven't yet had an answer on this stressful topic. On the pallet were some very expensive items and large items - frankly unmissable stuff, since they're all quite large an obvious things. I have no idea how they've managed this, but i find the missing tools quite suspicious to be honest. we'll see if this gets resolved, but since the move was between Germany and another country altogether, I have no idea how they plan to resolve this. EDIT: long story short, evidence is now coming out that it was our moving company that is at fault. Boxie are trying to help us out as best they can.

It was even possible to do next-day collection, which was great. The pickup itself was very quick, I also received a message to let me know when they were on their way.

My first booking underestimated the number of boxes I would prepare. Just a call and the team efficiently arranged a second pick-up in two days. That's very helpful with my plans towards vacating the apartment.

Got a call from Boxie24 within 5 mins if putting a quote request and I was able to book a unit. And the two people who came to pick up my items were also very friendly and nice. Would definitely recommend
