A few years ago, I decided to use Boxie24’s storage and moving services when they first expanded into Florida. At the time, they had a different management team, and everything seemed promising. What I expected to be a simple and reliable solution ended up becoming a long-term ordeal that I wish I could forget. After storing my belongings with them for several years, I recently had my items returned. Unfortunately, what I received was nothing like what I had sent to storage. My sofa came back with peeling fabric and an unsightly dark stain that couldn’t be cleaned, possibly caused by moisture despite the supposed climate-controlled environment. Cables for my reclining sectional were missing, my bed and mattress had mysterious orange stains, and to top it off, the movers damaged my wall while bringing the sofa into my home. Boxie24 initially admitted that the damage was due to improper wrapping on their end. However, they then tried to shift the blame onto me, claiming that the items weren’t packed according to their guidelines—even though they were the ones who had packed everything! Despite showing them the original agreement that clearly outlined their responsibility for careful packing and handling, they claimed to have no record of it and suggested I was trying to manipulate the situation. Reflecting on this experience, I deeply regret trusting Boxie24 with my belongings. What should have been a stress-free solution turned into a frustrating nightmare. I’ve documented the condition of my items, and after their refusal to make things right, I’ve had to escalate the issue to the appropriate authorities. No one should have to endure this kind of treatment after placing their trust in a company.

Als eerste wordt er gezegd: “Gratis ophalen”. Dat klopt, maar niemand spreekt van de €119,- retour breng kosten. Er wordt geadverteerd dat je een box huurt, in mijn geval 3m2. Dan zou je verwachten dat jouw spullen dan ook in die box staan. Echter bij het retour brengen krijg ik ineens een witte bank aangeboden die niet van mij is. En mijn antieke(erfstuk) servieskast van 2meter hoog zit niet bij de retourzending, alsmede een door mijn opa gemaakte displaykast…!!! Hoe dan, als je zogenaamd een eigen box hebt gehuurd. Mail gestuurd met foto van de kast. En 24uur later nog steeds geen antwoord waar mijn kast is. Gebeld, maar diegene aan de lijn(zal voor nu even geen naam noemen) zegt alleen: “Ik heb de vraag uitgezet en wacht ook op antwoord.” Word dus vervolgd en tot dusver een duidelijke 1 ster voor de slechte service. *Update: Nu twee weken later. Nog steeds geen bericht over waar mijn kasten zijn. Telefonisch niet te bereiken. Sta alleen maar in de wacht.

The boxes were dirty and some had spiders in them, the pickup window is also ridiculous, 7 hours? It’s also impossible to pick less than 10 boxes, and a smaller timeframe than a week. At least the customer service person was communicative and helped to pick them up earlier.

Unzuverlässig, beim Abholen totales Chaos. Viele Kartons geöffnet, obwohl zugeklebt abgegeben. Aus einem Katon wurden 8 hochpreisige Whiskyflaschen entwendet. Zum anderen sehr schlechte Kostentransparenz

I have been using Boxie24 / BoxatWork for over 10 years and the experience is still the same. Unfortunately, with the technical development over the past 10 years, what has been good back then can be considered a pretty poor service these days. Overall the User Experience is very underwhelming. The customer portal has an extremely limited view of my orders, orders for different services are not visible. The pricing structure is very unclear, additional fees seem to be applied randomly and it´s impossible to estimate which amount will be charged to my card next months. Due to this, it´s almost impossible to compare the total costs with other suppliers. At first, Boxie24 seems to be a great deal - unless it suddenly isn´t anymore. The offer is done verbally over the phone without a written confirmation or detailed description of the pricing structure. Even though the main communication channel is still over the phone - which is bad enough - the sales rep did not help me to find the best solution for my situation, which led to me paying way more than necessary. The customer service is a mess, different people are dealing with orders and cases from the same account without any visibility of the account / case history. It takes a lot of back and forth to get to a point where someone is able to understand a request and solve the issue. The only positiv thing was the person picking up and delivering my boxes. He was very friendly and extremely helpful. Overall, after 10 years and several times I used Boxie24, I will think twice before using this service again. Edit: Hello Boxie Team, your reply would seem a lot more honest if you had not tried to report this review to Trustpilot and only responded once they confirmed that I did not validate their rules by stating my experience. Sorry, but this makes it so much worse and it adds an additional layer to the business practice that I experienced as dishonest and not trustworthy.

The process was very easy. Adam was very helpful and made what could have been a headache inducing task into something very simple. The driver and pick up team were very professional.

Very friendly staff. Even though it was difficult for them to specify what exact time they would arrive they kept their words on keeping my preference in the morning. The guys that came to pick up the furniture were super friendly, helpful and the whole process went smooth.

The experience was fast and smooth. I had pick-up service from my 3rd floor apartment, with independent elevator service for the movers. It only took 1 hour for them to move my things out the apartment (studio). They were fast, arrived early and handled each piece of my belongings with care. Would recommend this company to family and friends.

Im Ergebnis sind wir sehr zufrieden mit der Einlagerung. Das größte Problem bei der Einlagerung ist die Ermittlung der benötigten Fläche. Dies erfolgte im Ergebnis problemlos mit einem Mitarbeiter. Die Abholung und Einlagerung erfolgte pünktlich zum vereinbarten Termin. Bei einem größeren Umzug muss man allerdings darauf achten, dass ausreichend Parkraum zur Verfügung steht, denn dieser wird Nicht durch das Unternehmen blockiert.

Via Google terecht gekomen bij Boxie24, moest boxen hebben om tijdelijk wat spullen op te slaan. Online formulier ingevuld en werd de volgende dag gebeld voor conformatie. Aardig en vriendelijk te woord gestaan. Half uur voor aankomst werd ik gebeld door degene die het kwam leveren, ook bij het ophalen. Duidelijke communicatie en zeer vriendelijk jongen die het kwam leveren en ophalen. Ik raad hen aan.

Heel duidelijke offerte en alles is netjes opgehaald en werd ook netjes ingepakt en meegenomen. Alles volgens afspraak top geregeld.

Sehr schade! Es wurde eine Statue beschädigt die durch Decken eingewickelt war. Boxie reagiert erst auf mehrfache Nachfrage wie diese Beschädigung erstattet wird. Und dann mit der Ausrede Objekt sei nicht verpackt gewesen!! Es liegen Fotos vor, dass die Statue verpackt war!! Diese ist derart beschädigt, dass sie nicht mehr repariert werden kann da mehrere Teile abgebrochen sind!!! Ich hätte erwartet, dass Boxie24 sich hier korrekt verhält! Das komplett eingelagerte Gut wurde von Boxie24 abgeholt und zurück geliefert!!!

Ontzettend fijne samenwerking. Afspraak makkelijk gemaakt, op tijd aanwezig, alles zorgvuldig in de vrachtwagen en weg ermee. Top prijs/kwaliteit verhouding!
