Germany | 09 October 2024Meine Freundin hat dort angerufen um ein Angebot einzuholen. Da hat man ihr gesagt, dass eine Abholung aus dem Spreewald nach Berlin nicht möglich sei, da es über 100km sind. Was faktisch schon mal nicht stimmt, da es nur 84km sind. Wir hätten übrigens auch etwas mehr dafür bezahlt, immerhin werben sie ja auf ihrer Homepage damit, gegen Aufpreis aus höheren Stockwerken abzuholen. Am Ende müssen wir froh sein vorher gefragt zu haben, auf der Homepage fordern sie ja auf erst einen Platz zu reservieren, damit sie einen anrufen wegen der Abholung.

Germany | 20 September 2024I trusted Boxie24 with all my belongings while I moved abroad for 2 years. I packed all my things in boxes and the chunkier stuff with bubble wrap. All seemed fine, until I requested to receive my belongings back. 1. They didn't deliver all my belongings, some were damaged 2. Only by repeatedly calling and terrorizing them some things were delivered but not all 3. I received other people's stuff 4. Some very valuable items (a heirloom of my family) were lost and not replaced The customer service was rude, send me from contact person to contact person and form to form and didn't try to solve the problem at all. In the end they offered me 50€ to make up for loosing an item worth 400€. Inacceptable, but they don't give you a choice if you cannot provide receipts.

Germany | 19 September 2024Kurzfristige Abholung, trotz enger Türrahmen sorgfältige Abholung und auch Rückbringung. Mitarbeiter gehen sehr gut mit dem Lagergut um und auch mit dem Wohnraum bei Abholung und Rückbringung. Schnelle Kommunikation in allen Bereichen. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Mein Lagerraum war in Düsseldorf.

Germany | 19 September 2024Ich habe Möbel & Küchenartikel+ andere Kleinigkeiten vor dem Umzug bei Boxie24 in Garching gelagert. Die Kartons werden abgeholt und auch wieder angeliefert gegen einen Betrag. Bei der Anlieferung wurde der teure Couchtisch in drei geteilt angeliefert. Alle Gegenstände haben selbst auf der Oberfläche Kleidermotten & Würmer ausgewiesen. Ich habe 2 Tage mit sauber machen verbracht. Nach Anfrage erhalte ich keinerlei Entschädigung. Selbst für den zerbrochenen Couchtisch mit Link/Fotos wird nichts gezahlt da die Quittung fehlt. Bloß Finger weg.

Do Not Hire Boxie24 Without Reading This: My $6,000 Nightmare with Damaged Belongings and Poor Service” Three years ago, I hired Boxie24 when they were new to Florida, with different owners and management than the current ones. This turned into a long-term contract that amounted to an investment of over $6,000 for their storage and moving services, which included the proper packing and wrapping of my furniture and its transport to the storage facility When I ended the agreement last month and had Boxie24 return my items, I discovered significant damage beyond normal wear and tear. The sofa arrived peeling with an uncleanable dark spot, likely from humidity despite air-conditioned storage. The reclining sectional was missing cables, the bed and mattress were discolored with orange dye, and the moving team caused a hole in the wall while bringing the sofa into my home (Ground floor). Boxie24 acknowledged in writing that the damage was due to poor wrapping but then claimed they could not take responsibility, alleging that I did not pack the items according to their guidelines—ironic, since Boxie24 was responsible for the packing. Despite providing a screenshot of our initial contract, which clearly stated Boxie24’s responsibility for meticulous wrapping and care, they insisted they had no record of this in their system and even implied I was trying to take advantage of the situation. Having trusted Boxie24 with my belongings for three years, I now regret not selling or giving them away instead of investing so much in their services. I have photos from storage showing how my items were originally placed. Their poor handling and refusal to address these issues, which could have been resolved with minimal effort, have led me to file a claim with the Circuit Court and the Consumer Protection Agency in Florida. I cannot tolerate such abuse and injustice, especially when one trusts in good faith and is left feeling powerless"

They sent reminders and follow up emails which I appreciated! My delivery driver who came to fetch my stuff was very friendly and efficient and had everything wrapped up carefully and quickly! So far I have had a great experience!

United States | 17 September 2024They advertise something and tell you totally something else when you call to solve your problem. On top they're extremely aggressive on the phone when you confront them. I had reserved a 3m2 room and am told tgey now don't have it only somewhere far away. I highly recommend DO NOT USE THEM. PS later edit, after response from Boxie. I would NEVER use your services again! EVER. I have never expected such attitudes by anyone in Germany. It would be fit for a 3rd world country, but that's just my experience .

Germany | 16 September 2024Very easy! Good service! Good quality of boxes. Good to handle. Good for stacking. But the plastic boxes are a bit heavier than the cardboard boxes. In my opinion it doesn’t matter as these boxes are much more durable than most of the cardboard boxes.

Netherlands | 11 September 2024Mijn eerste ervaring met Boxie24 was niet goed, maar uiteindelijk hebben zij hun best gedaan om het netjes op te lossen. Kort samengevat was ik niet te spreken over de hoge kosten voor het retourneren van de opgeslagen spullen (€449 voor 4 pallets), die niet van tevoren zijn gecommuniceerd. Dat kan echt transparanter. Ook bij het zelf ophalen kwamen vrij hoge kosten kijken en ging van alles mis. Zo was er in eerste instantie een pallet met spullen kwijtgeraakt. Uiteindelijk heeft een van de Boxie-medewerkers zich oprecht ingespannen om de spullen terug te vinden, en is alles alsnog thuis afgeleverd. Dank daarvoor.
