I would leave a zero star review if I could. They are a bunch of liars and thieves. If I could go back and do it again, I would never use Boxie24

oplichters en achterbakse fraudeurs! tijd terug al spullen laten ophalen, online afgesproken voor 40 euro, dan work ik gebeld en word t zo al ineens 60/70 euro! balchelijk maar toch zelf akkoord gegaan, hebben mijn spullen opgehaald moest ik ook voor betalen wat ze gratis aanbieden! dan verhogen ze ineens het bedrag zonder iets te laten weten naar 84 euro. tuurlijk betaal ik dat niet. heb gecontacteerd en krijg vieze achterbakse reacties erover. dit zou aan mij liggen en ik kan niet lezen. nooit mijn spullen daar kunnen zien. kreeg hiervoor aleens ene mail dat ik ineens een afspraak had om spullen op te halen wat nooit zo zou zijn. gewoon dikke oplichters daar! nogsteeds geen update over mijn spullen! De reactie van Boxie hieronder klopt niet! Gelijk na 1 gemiste maand bedrag verhoogd en abonnement stopgezet. Uitgescholden door personeel niet aan tonen hoe ik kan overmaken, belachelijk

Boxie24 is a complete scam. They stole my furniture, lied about it, and have been nothing but rude and unprofessional throughout the entire ordeal. I had my items collected by someone driving a Boxie24 van and wearing a Boxie24 shirt. Despite having proof of payment and photographic evidence, they are now denying that any collection took place. Their customer service is deceitful, claiming they have no record of the pickup and refusing to take responsibility for my lost belongings. They canceled my subscription without any prior communication or opportunity to resolve payment issues, and now they're saying they don't know where my items are. This level of incompetence and dishonesty is unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and stress. Do not trust Boxie24 with your belongings. They are unprofessional scammers who will lie and deceive you while stealing your property.

Wij hadden snel opslag nodig. En dit is gelukt met de vriendelijke medewerkers van Boxie24. Alles wordt netjes opgehaald bij je huis. Je kan het krijgen zoals je het hebben wilt. Super tevreden. 👍

The boxes are very stable and can be easily stacked even when fully loaded. Even in the event of problems such as extending the rental period because the tradesmen finished later than planned, the customer service provided quick and smooth communication and help. I would happily recommend them.

Overall a very good service. I had a few unforseen problems that made the picking up of my stuff more difficult but they responded really quickly and were super helpful. Moreover, they have really diverse packages to choose from and reslly good deals since you can get the transport of your stuff for free.

It started with Adam in Customer Service. Always available and communicative. The movers were professional and took great care when wrapping our things. And of course the pricing is very competitive. If you need storage for long or short term, Boxie24 should be your next call.

Absolute Vollkatastrophe. Hatte bei Boxie24 in Münster einen funktionierenden 75" LCD Fernseher eingelagert, der mir in Form von Elektroschrott zurück geliefert wurde = Schaden von über 2000€! Support ist absolut frech und desinteressiert. Kann nur jedem von diesem Laden abraten. Anzeige geht raus.

Good and quick

Fast, efficient and good treat, but I couldn't choose the pick-up time.

Heel erg fijn en handig en prima betaalbaar. De jongens die de spullen kwamen ophalen waren ook snel en behendig. Een aanrader!

Last minute decision to store stuff, friendly staff called me within an hour, two days later a friendly driver picked up my stuff a bit later than expected but I understand that things don't always go as planned. Super, fast and friendly service for a good price! Oh super handy if you don't have a car or one that does cannot put a trailer.

We had a small issue with the pickup time, however, the persons that came were super nice and it’s cheaper than a moving company. I would definitely recommend to anyone and will use their services again in the future.

I used the service for the second time, and everything went smoothly. The pickup driver was helpful, and our requests regarding the pickup time were accommodated. Unfortunately, we couldn't take advantage of the free pickup and had to pay because we weren't ready with our packing on time and had to postpone the pickup to the next day. One area for improvement is the user login interface, which is not very intuitive or convenient and is only available in Dutch.

Boxie24 Storage is so professional. From the price, to service to quick response on mail and on phone calls, you feel heard. We truly appreciate their service, and will for sure use them again.
