We are new to Munich, don't have a car, and needed to be able to leave some of our stuff in a storage unit while we looked for a permanent appartment. Boxie was very helpful and professional, the process to book a space was very straightforward and their staff is beyond nice! Be aware however that the free pickup offer is only valid if you live on the ground floor. Beyond that, they charge a pretty hefty pickup fee. Still worth it, we're grateful to have a service that is handling everything for us and will return our things when we need them. Very convenient.

Great service, arrived early and both gentlemen were extremely careful with my boxes, displayed extreme precaution especially with a couple of boxes that had gotten damp on the bottom from water on the lanai area where they were originally being held. took extra precaution not to bump into any of my grandmother's furniture and walls. very professional and courteous and above all extremely patient with the elderly. I would definitely used them again for any of my moves.
