The items I bought were nothing like the photos-the total 20 carat emerald and 0.28 diamond necklace for $375 had a cheap chain, non-visible or shiny diamonds and the stones had a large metal outside edge. The 20 ct. emerald earrings with cultured pearl were disappointing as well. The pearl was smaller than in the picture and the whole earring was loose and hung lower than the picture. The stones were very dull. Very disappointed and will not order anything from them in the future.

Ordered item 922153 (earrings) on 9/14. Never received a confirmation of shipping and when I checked the website and entered my order # to track, it says USPS is currently awaiting the package (today is 9/20) !! Sent three mails that were never answered. Finally talked to someone who said it was picked up and shipped the same day of Oder. Today is 9/20. No delivery and cannot get anyone to reply. Going to ask for a refund on Monday. NEVER WILL ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. This is not a five star company.

The items are beautiful. It's my return that was inconvenient and completely confusing! I am a customer here but not often, having to call to get a return reference number is inconvenient. I understand there are all cost on items that others order but you should include a return label for customers! And now you want me to go back check my emails for a code when you requested for a review!

The necklace is attractive but the lobster catch is so small that opening it is challenging. I was thinking of returning it for that reason

Such a wide variety of beautiful and different pieces of jewelry. The website is easy to navigate through if looking for something more specific. I love when Ross Simons has a sale! I have bought a few pieces from them and love each one.

The ring my husband ordered at my request did not resemble the beautiful photograph online. It is cheap, seemingly made from tinfoil and very poorly 'welded' to close the ring. It is warped and I was unable to get anyone at the company to respond to my calls. I wish I could attach some photos but am unable to on this site. Total waste of $160+. It looks like it came from a gumball machine. What a waste of money!!

Be extremely careful with this company. They lie left and right. Descriptions are misleading. Read carefully the description of the items. I noticed that of two same priced items, similar in style, one description says that the material is 14K gold and the other one says on the verbiage description: “crafted with sterling silver” but under the bullet point description the material is stated as 10K gold.

Service is good, products are well packaged and received quickly. Based on photo on-line, I thought the earrings would be more substantial and noticeable with my long hair. I called to find out about the promised gift certificate and got a good explanation (code number emailed) and agent was pleasant.

I really like my diamond cross earrings very much. I use them in my second holes on both ears. Very nice

I've bought several pieces from R&S over the years. They have great quality and great sale prices. I gave 4 stars because the piece I bought was described as a button pearl, the piece I received has a round pearl. Regardless, of the wrong type of pearl, it's still a beautiful piece.
