Responding to the company’s response to my review: do some manufacturers sell hollow chains? Yes, they do. The only difference though is that those manufacturers list the items as “hollow”. An honest company wouldn’t expect a customer to have to mathematically have to figure out whether a product is solid or hollow. That is very important information and should be clearly displayed (at least in the description). In regard of making it more “cost effective”, it doesn’t make it “cost effective” for the customer, more so “more profitable for the seller”. I completely understand the want to make a greater profit, but I do not believe that essentially tricking customers into buying 1/3 of the gold is the right way to do so. If you really wanted to be an honest company, you would start labeling hollow items as “hollow”, as that is what other manufacturers do. In regard of the “fast shipping”, I called to cancel 30 minutes after I placed the order… at 11:27pm EST. And once again, as the original review stated, customer service told me (2 times) that the order was successfully canceled. I think that these are all rather pathetic excuses for a company like this. Original review: I find it concerning that Ross-Simon's does not label hollow chains as "hollow" anywhere on their website—not in the title, description, or anywhere else. For those not well-versed in jewelry specifics, this omission makes it seem like they're getting a great deal, with prices appearing to be about $60 less than similar items on other marketplaces. However, upon closer inspection of the item’s weight, it becomes clear that these chains are only about one-third the weight of a solid gold chain (what you would expect to receive considering that it doesn’t state otherwise). Essentially, you pay 30% less (compared to other marketplaces for the same size/length/kt of gold) but receive 200% less gold. This crucial detail is not clearly stated, leaving many customers unaware that they are purchasing a hollow chain. Furthermore, when I realized this just 30 minutes after placing my order, I immediately called to cancel. The representative told me to call back in 40 minutes as she couldn’t see the order in the system yet, despite my email confirmation and her acknowledgment that she could see it on her end. When I called back as instructed, she confirmed the cancellation. However, the next morning I received a "your order has shipped" email. When I called again, I was told the order had never been canceled. Ironically, I could hear the same representative who canceled my order in the background, indicating it was the same customer support office. They informed me they couldn’t do anything and that they would send me a return label after the item was shipped. This means my money is now locked up for at least 10-15 days. Overall, this experience has been frustrating and time-consuming, I would stay away for the most part. I hope this helps. I’m really not trying to hate on the company, more so just share my experience and my opinion on their rather pathetic excuse of a response.

I just received a Canaria 10k gold textured band #965924 and was very pleased and surprised. The color looked like 14K and sparkled like diamonds. It was a comfort fit (which I did not know it would be) - so smooth to put on. It has a nice impressive raised presence for a 2 mm band ring. I can put it on and forget about it - go swimming in a pool, shower, etc. because it is real gold. So smooth - does not scratch or get caught on anything.

The earrings are very nice and sturdy. The length is perfect.

I ordered the whale tail necklace from a Facebook ad. Shipping was quick, packaging was beautiful, and quality is great (especially for the price). I’ll be back!

Prompt delivery. The earrings are very pretty, but they are quite a bit smaller than I had realized. The photo is rather deceiving. But they're pretty anyway and I will wear them often.

SCAM!!!!! I ordered one ring from Bulgaria. Package arrived on time, but the box is empty!!!!!! There is the Ross-Simons gift box but no ring. I think i will report this to the competent authorities, as this is CRAZY. Do not buy from here if you are overseas!!!!!

Love the earring, it’s a birthday gift for my daughter. And she loves it!

I love the earrings but they are smaller gems than I anticipated. I have larger earlobes than your models and mine, on me, don’t drop at all. They just lay on my lobe. I know the larger pair that you offer has the same drop but I am still considering returning these and holding out till I can buy the larger pair. These also feel a little flimsily put together and I worry each time I take them off and put them on that the top will separate from the bottom. I’m hoping the larger pair may be a bit sturdier. Thanks for asking.

The earrings are beautiful. They come with paperwork. BUT they do NOT come in a box that flips open. It comes in a cheaply made bag placed in a box that pulls out like a drawer. The bag ripped when I tried to open it. That is really unfortunate.

Idk how anyone thinks this is "cheap" jewelery. It's laughable to charge thousands for lab grown diamonds. I used to work as a goldsmith, and MINED diamonds are worth about 1/10th the value advertised. These are lab grown, so they should be(are actually) substantially LESS than that! Absolute joke prices. Just go with cubic zircon. It doesn't matter who you are; from a distance, NOBODY will be able to tell whether the stone is "real" or not. Edit: there's no excuse to make a setting as simple as many of these for a thousand dollars. many, MANY friends of mine that are STILL gold and silversmiths, and the combined labor and materials almost never exceeds the exorbitant pricing of these gimmick-priced settings. There's no excuse outside of artificial importance to set prices like these. I can't believe people actually use Ross Simons.

The rings are lovely as shown online. I’ve had a purchase from this company before and I was pleased with that ring as well. The con on order is that the rings were a bit small, both fit a little snug, I will be returning one of them, they were for my anniversary. I won’t be able to wear both of them, which is hurtful to me! Thanks
