I love my gold hoops! They are just a tad big for my preference but nothing to complain about. I intended to wear them everyday, but they are so pretty they may be used for special occasions! We'll see. As always ross-simons is a pleasure to do business with. I will be using them again.

It was a gold and diamond bracelet that I ordered. It looks a little different in-person and the heart won't stay on top of my wrist, it keeps flipping to the underside. A little frustrating when you never see the heart

The item shipped quicker than expected as I knew it was on a bit of a back order which was nice, but the quality of the ring is poorer than we expected and hoped for. For approx a $500 ring, the inner part of the ring is hollowed out making it feel cheaper.

The posts are too long. My earlobes are not thin but they are normal and it's difficult to get the earrings on. In the picture the bars appeared to be yellow gold but when received the bars are white gold. It was my first disappointing purchase with Ross Simons.
