The one thing that kept me from giving 5 stars is that the shipping company temporarily misrouted the package and delayed delivery of what was a birthday present. This is not directly the fault of R+S, but this shipping company has done the same thing before.

United States | 20 August 2023Ordered medium-sized stud earrings. Received with backs for small-sized ones, making earrings lopsided. Ordered larger backs for almost same cost as earrings with smaller backs. Received shoddily made bigger ones, with holes for posts in wrong places. Using one bent an original earring. Called R-S for help. Wound up having to spend hours explaining, packing, and returning to P.O., partly due to incorrect info from R-S. Received replacements way after being charged. Again, problem: earring posts and backs did not match. Messaged company on its website. Never received reply. Finally called them. Had to repeat problems many times. My annoyance at R-S wasting my time seemed to me belittled. Eventually received 12.5% credit, without explanation about all the mistakes. Was told to expect that in 48 hours. Never heard back. Called again. Had to repeat problems many times again. Promised explanation another time within 48 hours. This time did get a call back. But had to repeat everything several times again. As before, felt representative belittled my wasted time (by this time, hours and hours). Also felt all the problems I experienced were belittled. Finally, when pressed several times, representative said quality control consists of spot-checking, because they're too busy to check everything, even right before shipment. Eventually offered another 10% off, but only on a "final sale" basis, which I refused--given past history. As a result, no longer consider R-S a reliable company with good products. And the company seems to see its creation of problems as its customers' fault. UPDATE, 9/11/23, after receipt of notification that Ross-Simons responded to my review. NOTHING other than what I described above in my review, of 7/11/23, has been done. NOTHING else was done.
