The necklace was very very small. The picture on the website was misleading. I had to return it.

Ross Simons customer service is just superb. They actually call you to see if they can help with anything. Randy, a concierge service rep. even sent me a hand written card! If I'm in the market for a pice of jewelry, I always shop at Ross Simons.

I've never been so disappointed. The silver chain necklace arrived kinked in several places. I question the "quality control" or lack of. This necklace as another & the emerald ring will be returned. The emerald ring is "dull" lacking any shine/luster. Too many inclusions, and definite lack of clarity. Finally, the prongs are loose hence the stones will all out. As for 3 pair of CZ stud earrings the post on one was totally bent sideways the only reason I'm not returning them is because my daughter wanted one pair. I as others want to be proud of the Jewelry I place on my body.

All my purchases of link bracelets have been wonderful in quality and reasonable in price. I will buy more from Ross Simons.

Although the earrings are very beautiful they came bent. I was able to get the earring on but I have to keep adjusting this. I wanted this for a special event that I'm afraid to wear it as I'll lose it. Passed away don't have the time to do any return.

I received the ring on Friday about 2pm when the mail arrived. I put it on and around 9pm I looked at it again on my hand and a CZ stone was missing. I had not even left the house and frankly did not do much at all bc I was binge watching Netflix all afternoon. (Suits with Meghan Markle) Very disappointed in this ring.
