Easy to access website and re-order a ring that I had bought in past and lost.

I bought a $229 white gold ring with mini pearls. I wore it for one day. At the end of the day I looked down and 4 pearls were missing. I didn’t do anything unusual. Still waiting for a refund.

I ordered Ross-Simons 0.10 ct. t.w. Diamond Sea Life Ring in 2-Tone Sterling Silver. The diamonds were probably the worst quality I have ever seen. The ring is nice, and fortunately, the diamonds are so tiny you can't really tell how pour the quality is without a magnifying glass. I opted to keep the ring because of that. However, I won't order from them again.

I order 14k gold resin thinking it was real gold , it was literally plastic, took it too a jewelry it was not gold at all, return it. Brought another pair , this time 14 k gold, and you can tell it's cheaply made it does not look like the picture, I'm very disappointed

It is a nice looking item, but I may have ordered the wrong size. I won't know for sure until I give the gift on our anniversary.

Wanted a simple gold bangle bracelet. I ordered one with a decorative edge but when it came I discovered it had 2 finishes (one was not visible in the photo). Returned it and ordered a simpler bracelet which came within 3 days. Hopefully the return will go as smoothly

I love my pendant and chain but I was not happy with the fact that they were shipped separately. One arrived within 3 days, the other took over a week. I couldn’t wear the pendant without the chain! Otherwise I am very satisfied with my order

It was a good transaction. The Emeralds are not high grade. In fact they are lower quality. But, the price reflects that.

Birthday of my wife was coming up A few weeks ago she showed me a ad from Ross & Simons, so I went online. Placing an order online was easy and quick. As it was her birthday I had it marked as a gift with a personal msg. Received a confirmation and tracking. It arrived 2 days before her birthday but not wrapped as a gift and no personal message. That is the reason why I gave a 4 out of a 5

bought a necklace. the chain was delivered in literally a knot . took me 40 minutes to untie.

What a piece of crap! You've got to be freakin kidding me. I can barely see the opal. I will be sending it back immediately!
