Very impressed with the service received from Paul from quotation to fitting stage. All was done efficiently and to a high standard. We are very pleased with our blinds which have made a great difference to our living and dining areas. They were even fitted ahead of schedule!

David Rose 117068 provided an excellent service from his first visit advising on the most suitable blinds for the job, measuring up and taking the order. He returned 3 weeks later to fit the new blinds. He was very punctual and efficient. He took the time to give advise about best way to maintain them.

Had Hilary’s out to quote 2 shutters for dormer windows. Wood Product we were shown seemed good quality. Ordered 21st August. They were supposed to be installed on 6th January 2025, then got delayed 2 weeks. Before the installer left I mentioned a chip on one of shutters. He filled it with a chip stick!! Once we had a good look, there were lots of dents and chips all over them . Not impressed as we paid £1300 for these and they aren’t great quality at all for the money. I wonder whether it was even the right wood product. The joins in the wood are very visible. Hilary’s installer came back due to the issue and confirmed they would replace only one of the shutters. I now have to wait until June for the replacement. The quality of these shutters is rubbish for the amount of money we paid. I then had a sales call about a month later offering discount for my next order! Maybe they should communicate with one another. Don’t bother getting shutters from Hilary’s!

Jason Stride, operative 118886, our fitter was excellent. From the time he arrived to measure up to fitting the curtain rail and curtains. It was fascinating watching him using a laser beam to pinpoint the exact spot where he was to fit the brackets. We thought we might have to clean up after he had finished, but no, everything was left neat and tidy. First class job Jason, would highly recommend you. Thank you.

You took my final payment on Jan14th then James failed to turn up to fit my shutters. He had apparently left the company a month earlier and NO-one picked up my delivery date. I came back from holiday (in Australia) early specifically to be there for Hillary’s to arrive and no one showed up. Not even a message or a apology.That is very poor service and although I have another window to be dressed I will not be contacting Your company.

Making an appointment was straightforward and I was kept informed of dates and times by my advisor Tomasz. The advice he gave was helpful in making my choice and he also pointed out my options without making me feel pressured. The fitting took 20mins and everything was kept clean and tidy. Tomasz gave me instructions of how to use and care for the blinds and even left me with his number incase I needed help or advice. I am very pleased with all aspects of my purchase and would recommend Hillary's to friends and use them again in the future.

The fitting of the blinds was very good and I am very pleased with the blinds and overall service.

Our advisor Jason, advisor number 215967, was very knowledgable, friendly and his experience was clear both at my appointment and installation. Jason was very happy to work with our budget and helped us pick the best material and blind type for this. We did look at other local companies previously but found a slightly cheaper price that he was happy to price match. Following this it was only 4 weeks and our blinds had been installed.
