I ordered two blinds on 30 November 2024 and agreed to have them fitted on 16 January. This was cancelled on 16 January as they lost one of the blinds. A new date of 12 February was agreed and then cancelled because one blind wasn’t ready. I then didn’t hear anything until I rang them on Monday 17th and someone rang back the next day and we have agreed a new date of 28 February. No one seems particularly bothered about the fact that i will have waited three months for two small blinds. Very disappointed. In the meantime they have had my money for three months as I was asked to pay in full when I ordered which I did in good faith.

My blinds were measured and installed by David Bird (BIRD118972) from Hillary’s. He was open, honest, professional and informative this helped in my decision making. He came back to fit the blinds and it looks absolutely stunning. I am a happy customer 😃.

Very pleased with our new Roman Blind. This is the second we have bought from Hillarys. David, our Hillarys advisor (Hampstead 112171), has always been really friendly and helpful. When fitting the blinds he always clears any mess.

Garry was very helpful, doing the measurements for our roller blinds, patiently waiting for us to choose fabrics and drawing up a quote. He didn't pressure us for a decision and left us to have a think about it. Love our new shutters! There was a decent lead time of 13 weeks to wait for them to be made and installed, however, they look great. Super happy with them.
