Just had our second lot of shutters fitted by DINOSPF 116444. We asked specifically for him to fit them as he did such a good job on our first order. He is a fast worker but shows great attention to detail and knows his job inside out.

Great experience from beginning to end. Peter (Eastham 117234) kept us up to date with timings and arrived when he said he would both for consultation and fitting. The first consultation was very professional with lots of choice of colours and materials. Peter listened to what we wanted which was slightly unusual! The fitting was carried out to a high standard and very efficiently. The result looks great and we are very happy with our new blinds.

Bradley the Hillary’s advisor was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He helped us find the blinds that would suit our budget and conservatory.

Very helpful and friendly service from our rep Ted Barnett 118182. A great service and good advice was given both at initial visit for quote and fitting. Now blinds fitted look great and good quality, we had a small issue and Ted came straight round and sorted it out. Very pleased with service.

I had heard Hillarys were one of the most expensive companies for shutters but decided to use them as a starting point for pricing. However, the lovely salesman came and there was no pressure placed on us for a sale and the cost was not as high as we thought! So, we went for it!! So glad we did, they were fitted last week and the quality is second to none. The fitter was a lovely guy who explained to me fully how they work, how to clean them and how they are fitted. Could not ask for more. Thank you.

The appointment for the visits by Hillarys to choose the blinds and measure up for them were offered promptly and happened on time. The fitting took place soon afterwards. The fitters arrived very promptly and brought the blinds and all the equipment they needed to install them. They were extremely quick and efficient, and left no mess. Barter (FOLDHDI-119069) together with his colleague were very polite and friendly. We are delighted with the blinds and the trouble free service provided.

Had my second lot of blinds fitted to my new house last week. Darren, my local Bexleyheath Salesperson was excellent with my first order so I contacted him again for some more blinds. He came round next day, order was placed and blinds fitted 2 weeks later. I love all my Hillary’s blinds. Darren is very confident and informative about all the different products and helped me decide what would be best and match the other blinds. He is quick at fitting the blinds and obviously knows what he is doing.

After initially feeling very excited and eagerly awaiting installment of our new room dividers shutters we were left extremely disappointed when they were fitted. During our design appointment we fully discussed what we needed but the product that was delivered was not fit for purpose. The installer noticed that the doors had been made backwards but could only offer to hang the doors the other way round which unfortunately was not possible. After contacting the company we have been offered no help to rectify this. This is such a shame as the company has a good reputation and we felt in safe hands. The product itself is well made but unfortunately is not what we asked for.

Blinds were great quality but the man who installed the blinds forgot the adhesive and then promised to return and finish the job and now it’s been months and is still not finished and I have had no updates

Our fitter Nigel/adviser/giggle was polite friendly, patient and very professional, spending time with us, explaining different types of blinds and finishes. The blind looks brilliant. I would highly recommend him.

My advisor Edmund (Radio SP) was fantastic from start to finish. We needed blackout blinds for our baby’s nursery. He was accommodating of the appointment time around our busy schedule and gave great candid advice on the right solution for us. Highly recommend!
