Very professional and friendly service from the get go. They are patient, listen and help in your decision making process offering advice. You are fully kept up to speed with your order and get to see the colours and samples in person. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and a big thanks to Duncan 119151 who fitted my blinds and curtains. Very happy with them. He took great care to make sure they were up to my specification and positioning them with care, making sure they were dressed properly even sorting my other curtains I recently had done so they looked just as good. I have been that happy with service provided that I have decided to get the rest of my blinds changed as well. Looking forward to having the rest of my house done now. 10/10 highly recommend. Spoke to Mike Gwilliam Re a problem with one of my blinds , he was so kind and helpful and explained things so well that I was able to fix it myself whilst he was on the phone! He did give the option of a call out if I did not feel confident but thanks to him it was all sorted. Pleased with the service he provided and myself!
