Hasan cook from Hilary’s recently fitted blinds to my bifold doors. The blinds fit into the glass area of the doors and slide down. They have some thermal properties. Hasan and his assistant worked quickly and cleanly clearing away all the packaging.

Just had our shutters fitted on our front bay windows, upstairs and downstairs. Drago fitted them, he was extremely polite and professional and he's done a brilliant job. Very impressed.

The man who came to measure was great , his name was Charles, very professional and courteous. On his return to fit blinds his manner again was professional I am pleased my new vertical blinds .

Update: 25/02/25 We met with our local agent Philip on 18/02/25 who was really helpful and provided the parts that we needed. However he pointed out that the changes to attachments (make them magnetic) recommended by the engineer should be fitted by someone qualified/experienced as they are easy to break. He was going to go back to after-sales and we have heard nothing more. So only 3 stars now. Original post: Finally after months of chasing customer service I have decided that a poor review might prompt a positive honest response. In early December I placed an order for a replacement charger for our 4m high electric blinds. After months of being palmed off with excuses and complete inability to deliver said charger our blinds are now failing to work. How can such a simple order fulfillment be so truely messed up? I can find no link to a formal complaints procedure on the website and have failed to escalate the problem for solution. At the moment I can see no reason to recommend them as our very expensive blinds are now useless.
