Really straightforward and smooth process throughout. A great range of products - we were spoilt for choice! Our advisor and fitter (Adam) was brilliant - clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. He provided us with some great advice and when he did the fitting, he was efficient but careful, and the blinds and curtains look perfect! Adam was also super-friendly too, which is obviously very important! A very happy Hillary’s customer!

While drawing our bedroom blind, the pull cord became detached and the blind failed to draw on one side. It was a Hillary’s blind of some 12 years old and I couldn’t see how I could fix it. I phoned Hillary’s and was told I would need to buy a new runner and would send a fitter to measure up. David Nash arrived and advised what was needed and in just over 10 working days a new runner was fitted by him. No fuss, no mess, just an efficient cheerful chap came within the promised time slot and did the job. David even refused my offer of a cup of tea. Very pleased from start to finish.

We’ve been using Hillary’s since 2007 and never been disappointed. We’ve had a number of different sales people/fitters over the years who have always been pleasant and efficient. Richard (Wellow) did not pressurise us into the sale and provided good advice to help us make our selection.

Excellent service The curtains and blinds are well made and the fitter was excellent helping me choose which particular finish would look better. Having someone put them up is a real bonus.
