Would not recommend to anyone, very quick to take your money but poor service to date. shutters expected to be fitted 14th feb but instead i receive a call from a different fitter saying the previous fitter had left Hillarys and there was no way he could do it today, giving me a date for the 24th Feb only to phone back later in the month to change date to today the 25th, expecting at long last my shutters to be fitted, i am told today that when the fitter went to collect my order they were not there and that they would phone back later when they had discovered where the were.

The company are efficient and their representatives are professional and knowledgeable. Brendan is patient and very courteous. He has returned to adjust blinds which were not rolling as I expected. The blinds are good quality and heavy.

Quality Blinds at a Reasonable Price Expert fitting by Danny who advised us expertly and friendly and helped us decide on the window blinds to convert our conservatory into a room to love and enjoy again.

The blinds have transformed the patio doors. the blinds were measured and made very quickly.

The worst possible service ever. Sent the wrong parts - put blinds up shoddily, forgot to order the right parts. Took a good 6 months to rectify. Promised a gesture of goodwill due to all the mess around and never refunded anything. They have actively avoided my emails since requesting an update. Would never use again & Definatley wouldn’t reccomend.

My blinds are perfect and a great service was provided by Trevor. I have no complaints whatsoever, but would comment that they were quite expensive.

Craig came on time ,very efficient, pleasant ,got on with the job and i was very happy with the end result .The blinds looked perfect I have used Hillarys twice in different properties and have been happy both times .The price has been within my budget and the quality are exceptional I wouldn't use anyone else .
