On the whole the blinds look good. The 3 down stairs rooms blinds fit well and are easy to access and use. The patio door blinds were not what I had expected as they do not lie flat on the floor and because they are not joined at the bottom do not stay straight. I wasn't told about this when I ordered them or if there was a way of getting them to stay straight. eg, joined at the bottom? The Kitchen roller blind fits well and looks great. it moves smoothly up and down.

Advisor: Lawson: 117822 Matt was fantastic from start to finish. We were able to communicate clearly what we were looking for and from there he was helpful and not pushy. We arranged the home visit and Matt was knowledgeable and able to offer experience and advise but was in no way pushy with us or forceful in what should have. The viewing was relaxed and informative and we were able to look through the brochures and chose which blinds we would like from a huge selection. Matt provided us with a quote and was then fully understanding and supportive of the fact that we would like a little time to think it over and review our options. Pushy sales people can be really off putting and it was refreshing to not have that from our Hillary's advisor. We wanted to gather a counter quote from another supplier and found these to be far less enthusiastic and less forthcoming with advice and support. the communication with Matt and the expertise meant we were certain that Hillary's were the ones for us. The installation date was penned in promptly and Matt and Hannah came and were ridiculously efficient and had the blinds installed in no time at all again with a friendly air and where nothing was too much bother...even with an excited 5 year old to contend with with it being school holidays. The blinds are exceptional and have transformed our rooms. The fit is perfect and they look top end...we could not be happier and will be using Hillary's and Matthew and Hannah again in the future. A great experience from start to finish and within a really reasonable time scale.

early Sept.2024 we enquired about some shutters a sales advisor called and we made our choices and paid a 50% deposit. Was told a fitter would contact us a fitter called on us 2 days later who was rather rude and abrupt. We were given a fitting date of Dec 16th We paid the balance in October. On the 14th Dec we were informed our shutters were stuck on a ship in the red sea. and we will be contacted by the fitter . Nothing I phoned you and was told the shutters might be in his lock up . Nothing. phoned you again and was told this fitter is no longer with the company no surprise there .We need to check his lock up to see if your shutters are in there ? No contact so I phoned you again told a new fitter would contact you . A fitter did phone and I was given a date of Feb8th . The day before we cleared the room ready . Guess what the fitter did not turn up . I could not contact you till the Monday and was told he has had an operation and no idea when why my shutters could be fitted .! Nobody bothered to inform me of this problem At this stage I have had enough and asked for my money back. Was told this would take 7- 10 working days . I now have my refund. Hillary blinds do not communicate the customer has to do all the phoning . If I had not kept on phoning I would still be waiting now . This has been a shambles from start to finish They don't apologise or offer compensation. I WILL LEAVE YOU TO DRAW YOUR OWN CONCUSIONS FROM MY TRUE STORY

It was easy making an appointment and when the rep came he asked what we wanted then went and took measurements all very efficient. When the day came for them to be fitted it was all done in 1 hour, perfect no mess and Mark was excellent.
